- Proactively equipped oneself on new risk requirement internally and regulators.
- Knowledge sharing with peers for self-improvement and peers ‘back up’ purpose.
Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Databases structure, programming skills, data analysis tools / techniques.
- Proficient in SAS
- Experience with risk application and risk knowledge (Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Market Risk) will be an added advantage.

We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.
Job Description
- Manage the Information and Data hand-over to the client of project information and documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures
- Monitor all Information and Data interfaces with Client or other third parties to ensure requirements are addressed, and coordinate with adequate stakeholders if necessary
- Coordinate/Advise all the project teams (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion & Commissioning, and subcontractors) to ensure information and data requirements are understood and complied with
- Coordinate with Engineers or each discipline members to ensure the information/data quality within the schedule
- MODEC started to focus on complying with Information and Data Management requirements, and understanding from different departments/stakeholders are crucial, so we need someone who can really involve departments and work closely to build not only protocols but also an organizational understanding and culture towards Information and Data Management
- Coordinate with Digital/IT team to ensure that the Project DB and Tools are properly setup as per project requirement
- Enterprise Data Platform/Data Management Program and Information and Data Management related tools are under development from scratch in MODEC, hence great collaborator to provide necessary input/feedback to Digital/IT team is required (need wholistic and long-term view to contribute to the enterprise level architecture, rather than solely standing on the project requirements view)
- Identify issues related to data quality, and coordinate with/support stakeholders populating the data to eliminate the issues
- Monitor data quality KPIs to reflect the Project Information and Data Management status
- 5-8 years experiences or Information Management position in Oil & Gas filed EPC contractor
- Background of either Mechanical, Piping, Electrical or Instrument Engineer experience in EPC contractor would be a big plus
- Background of Mechanical Completion & Commissioning Coordinator, CMMS Engineer or Application Engineer (AVEVA)
- Engineering/Science bachelor or master’s degree
- Good understanding of systems and software related EPCI and O&M (e.g. AVEVA, SAP, EDMS, Completion, CMMS)
- Communicative/ great team player
- Stakeholder management skills

**The job**
AVEVA is undertaking a large finance transformation (Advance). This includes implementing a new ERP, a Legal Entity Rationalisation Programme (LERP), Target Operating Model changes and process and structural related changes.
The new ERP system (Oracle) is highly dependent on the accurate set-up of Master data and there is an ongoing requirement to manage Customer and Supplier information.
AVEVA is seeking an Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) team member to join the Oracle Master data Team
**Key responsibilities**
+ Administer and maintain accurate data within the systems used by the master data team
+ Liaise with various teams in the department
+ Maintain, review and monitor systems to ensure data accuracy
+ Assist with risk assessments, implementing any necessary changes to contain and reduce risks
+ Assist with the maintenance and review of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times
+ Support internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines
**Activities include:**
_Creation and Maintenance of Supplier data in Oracle:_
+ Review of requests from Procurement for new suppliers to ensure the supplier does not already exist
+ Set-up of new suppliers and adjustments to existing suppliers based on the requests received and follow up to ensure approvers provide a timely response
+ Liaison with Procurement/AP Teams regarding any system errors arising out of master data errors
_Creation and Maintenance of Customers in Oracle:_
+ Review of requests from Commercial Operations/Sales Operations for new customers to ensure the customer does not already exist
+ Set-up of new customers and adjustments to existing customer based on the requests received
+ Liaison with Credit Management to ensure that credit scores and credit limits are appropriately reflected in Oracle
+ Liaison with Commercial Operations Team regarding any system errors arising out of master data errors
_Data Migration:_
+ Review Data upload files before loading to ensure the data being loaded is correct
+ Manage review process post data load to ensure data has all been correctly loaded and in accordance with local requirements
Performance Management
+ Ensure that KPI's are met
+ Recommend as appropriate changes to processes.
+ Identify process improvements in the Master Data process
**Requirements**
+ Mandarin and English high proficiency speaking and written capabilities
+ Good communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
+ Previous experience within an administration focused role.
+ Experience of project work
+ Strong sense of integrity
+ Strong Stakeholder Management skills
+ Experience of Outlook and basic Microsoft package, Excel high expertise desirable

Job OverviewEnsure that any master data entered into the PLM and ERP systems by the job holder or other teams is complete and accurate.
Manage update or review requests within the SLA of the function.
Maintain data consistency across applications and report or resolve issues as appropriate.
Place purchase orders as requested by the Purchase team to ensure a steady flow of shoes to consumers.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and consistent article data within our PLM and ERP applications according to SLA.
- Manage data changes correctly, reject incorrect changes, and ensure consistency across applications.
- Advise Business Units and data consumers on the implications of data maintenance and the time required for accurate data requests.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members and colleagues across all applications.
- Maintain training materials, especially when master data or processes change.
