Job Responsibilities

Ensure safety procedures are followed at the workplace.

Ensure compliance with:

FSMS: ISO / FSSC 22000

GMP: MS 1514

HACCP: MS 1480

QMS: ISO 9001

Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area, ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements. Participate as needed in housekeeping, GMP tours, and audits.

Report to QA if the effectiveness of pest control programs, sanitation, general housekeeping, and cleanliness do not meet the standards in the factory.

Operate process plants, spray/integration plants, and/or packaging lines to meet process and product specifications, including intermediate/FG tanks and raw material receiving areas.

Troubleshoot process problems in the process area, spray/integration plants, and/or packaging lines, including intermediate tanks and raw material receiving areas.

Carry out activities from raw material unloading to finished product manufacturing.

About the Program

Join our dynamic 12-month Management Trainee Program under Ofi Future Impact Talent Program (ofi FIT) designed to develop future leaders in the food manufacturing industry. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to rotate across key operation functions - within our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end dairy value chain, supported by dedicated operation mentors and guided by real-world projects that drive impact.

What You’ll Do

• Learn end-to-end production processes and daily operations
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives
• Analyse production data, downtime, and suggest improvements
• Participate in shift supervision and coordination
• Support initiatives aligned with ofi’ s “Choices for Change” —focused on improving operational sustainability and reducing waste
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement consistent with global dairy practices

Our dairy supply chain and operations span 25 countries across 6 continents, with an estimated 300,000 cows producing the milk needed for our ingredients.
