About the RoleSeeking a motivated and experienced Lead Analyst to oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) support and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Lead BAU support operations: Act as the primary contact for support related to Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement enhancements to optimize solutions.
- Manage support tickets: Prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
- Governance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management policies.
- Team leadership & Documentation: Guide junior analysts, maintain documentation, and promote knowledge sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage Power platform and RPA projects to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. Automate processes and create user-friendly apps using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline user requests.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Hand-on experience with business process mining tools (e.g. Power Automate process mining, Celonis, etc) to identify most urgent processes that requires automation.

REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise as a Power Platform SME or similar role, with experience in managing Power Platform projects, establishing governance, and setting up Power Platform, Power Automate, and Generative AI Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in previous client engagements.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and AI technologies, with a preference for Azure AI.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, cybersecurity, Scrum and Agile methodologies, business, and process analysis.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio) or a Developer focused background would be beneficial but not essential.
- Having knowledge of other Microsoft stack technologies would be appropriate instead (such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS, Exchange, Visual Studio).
- Exhibit analysis, problem resolution, judgement and decision-making skills in order to assist customer with their technical issue. Experience of support professional in IT field or IT technical Consultant will be bonus point.
- Proficiency in Korean is preferred to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders
