- Interact and consult walk-in customers to provide information in response to inquiries about motor insurance products and promote other insurance products.
- Closely follow up on upcoming renewals with customers through different range of channels (e.g. telephone, email, messaging).
- Ensure renewal retention by working closely with Insurance Department, Branch Sales Manager and Sales Executives for the upcoming renewals to avoid lapses.
- Issue New Vehicle insurance quotations and Cover Notes upon receiving request raised by Sales Executives through VMS.
- Handle routine and administrative tasks, i.e. issue quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes and policies, submit daily collection, prepare CBC payment to insurers, perform commission recovery and commission payable, NCD recovery submission, policy cancellation submission, etc.
- Assist in insurance marketing events and activities to promote insurance benefits and increase penetration and sales.
- Coordinate the order of renewal customer gift, office stationery, etc.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned.
- Degree (any level), preferably in finance.
- Accounting qualification (any type).
- Demonstrated professional experience is considered in lieu of the above formal qualifications.
