- Responsible to deliver SCB Direct Closure (DC) channel APE sales target.

- Mentoring bank sales staff to adhere to compliance guidelines, best sales practices and quality servicing.
- Penders Management to achieve channel average conversion ratio.
- Monthly sales planning with Branch Managers on sales forecast, action plans and cross selling.
- Liaise with PDCS/policyholders/business partners to assist in appeals/complaints if needed.
- Monthly business review and visitations with RSM & Business Partners.
- Building rapport with business partners key stakeholders ie SCB RM, BSSM, BM, BOSM, STM.
- Responsible to implement any new distribution model at branch if any.
- Address queries and guide bank sales staff on product features, forms filling and administrative matter.
- Provide support in assisting bank sales staff on their client's policy service enquiry so that bank sales staff is able to communicate effectively with their client.
- Provide support related to items that are pending with PAMB for processing.
- Second level support will be provided by the respective RSM in case the primary support resource is unable to support or is not available due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Monitoring branch bancassurance business persistency and customer service from previous referral channel.
- Possess a recognized Degree / Diploma / Certificate in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in financial services industry.
- Knowledge of insurance, banking and other financial products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-lingual ability.

• Selling a variety of Bancassurance life insurance products to existing and potential bank customers.

• Developing a strong understanding of bancassurance products.

Job Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum banking sales experience of 2 years with a proven track record of results.
• Knowledge and sales experience in Life Insurance are essential. Experience in other wealth products is an added advantage.
• Possess PCE/ CEILLI/ TBE/ FIMM licenses before officially starting the role
• Strong sales drive.
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all parties.
• Collaborative team player with a strong performance orientation and willingness to travel.

Job Description
Group Insurance - Responsible for group insurance matters which includes:
- Identification of insurance needs and source competitive coverage for the group
- Review of existing coverage and provide advice on insurance matters
- Renewal and subscription of policies in a timely and cost efficiently manner
- Claims management to ensure that claims are settled reasonably and promptly
- Management of captive insurance to achieve premium savings and to monitor the profitability of the captive fund
To support the risk management framework of the Group:
- Coordinating and overseeing operating units risk management activities and ensure compliance with Groups Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Maintenance the Groups risk register and close monitoring of the Groups key risks
- Review of the risk owners response and action plans for risk mitigation effectiveness and provide improvement recommendation on identified risk where possible.
- Assist in the improvement and streamlining of management reports and internal controls of operating units
- Develop risk management awareness and in-house training program
Job Specification:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Insurance/Risk Management/Finance or equivalent
- 5-6 years' relevant experience
- Strong insurance market knowledge and able to negotiate with insurers/brokers
- Leadership skills to manage team of personnel with different backgrounds
- Communications skills to ensure that both horizontal and vertical communication within the organization is well conveyed
- Willing to Travel and stay for oversea when ever required
- ANZIIF and MII qualification will be advantage

- Must possess a Pre-Contract Examination for Insurance Agents (PCEIA) Certificate
