Job DescriptionThe Customer On-Boarding Specialist's main role is to assist RIA CICO merchants in registering new users for the RIA mobile app and to help merchants generate assisted remittance transactions. The specialist will primarily work at the merchant’s premises and may also perform new user registrations in street, dormitories, factories, and other potential locations to increase customer acquisition and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities- Establish a positive image and convince customers to download and register for the Ria One app.
- Encourage customers to perform cash-in, cash-out, and assisted remittance transactions at CICO outlets.
- Build good relationships with CICOs and customers through meaningful interactions.
- Provide information about the company to CICOs and customers.
- Monitor competitors’ activities such as exchange rates, promotions, and services.
- Distribute promotional materials in a friendly manner.
- Participate in promotional events, ground activities, and campaigns at designated CICO locations, including setting up tents, booths, and promotional goods.
- Assist CICOs with troubleshooting issues related to the RIA app and transactions.
- Support CICOs with new leads and referrals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum qualification: SPM pass.

- Monitor received requests and active purchase orders and to make sure that orders are completed on time
- Organizing shipments, filing information in internal systems (orders, proformas, etc.), preparing needed paperwork, and other tasks agreed upon with sales staff and direct manager
- Monitoring daily all received tasks (communication with suppliers, logistics companies, finance dep., etc)

- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Helping sales staff with daily activities, helping solve problems with customers if needed
