About The Job The Customer Intelligence team is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead on sales of the award‑winning SAS Customer Intelligence 360 suite, a cloud‑native end‑to‑end marketing and personalization solution. In this role, you will provide domain expertise on products/solutions to identify, develop and close deals when empowering existing customers and prospects in the ASEAN region to improve their customer experience strategies and modernize customer engagement solutions.

In This Role, You Will

Engage with targeted customers and prospect accounts to position and sell SAS Marketing solutions.

Develop strategies to modernize customer engagement for strategic clients.

Ability to proactively search for marketing opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Day-To-Day Activities

Data collection and management: Identifying, gathering, and organizing data from various sources and maintaining databases.

Data analysis and interpretation: Using statistical techniques to analyze data, uncover trends, and identify patterns.

Reporting and visualization: Presenting findings through clear and easy-to-understand reports, charts, and graphs.

Strategic support: Providing data-driven insights to help with decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.

Process improvement: Developing and implementing strategies to improve data collection and analysis processes.

About You

Candidate must be analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets and find solutions to business problems, possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree , Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in an inventory, or data analysis role, preferably in a retail or telco environment.

Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory management principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic analysis, and report generation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Basic verbal and written communication skills.

The Integrated Operations Team is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of core seller programs. The team has ownership of the commercial team’s quarterly target setting and performance management processes, administers incentive computations, and operates the Commercial Academy—a dedicated initiative that designs and deploys soft‑ and hard‑skill training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

Job Description:

Analyze and enhance business strategies using data, optimizing resources across teams such as sales operations and seller programmes.

Lead the commercial target‑setting process to guide business growth, and create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Work with Business Intelligence and Data Product teams to ensure data is accurate and actionable for stakeholders.

Spot trends and opportunities in seller program design for improvements and maintain strong governance of financial viability.

Monitor seller performance and provide insights to refine seller programs and optimise KAM incentive distributions according to the efficient seller target‑setting process.

Conduct targeted analyses to solve unique business challenges, offering data‑driven solutions and providing strategic insights to leadership on sales operations, including incentives and profitability models.

Collaborate with Seller Engagement and Sales Operations teams to manage seller communications and inquiries.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.

At least 3‑4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or commercial operations (e‑commerce, consulting, or retail).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; thrive in teamwork settings.

Quick learner who adapts well to changing environments and priorities.

Solid analytical abilities, especially with Excel; familiarity with data tools such as SQL is a plus but not mandatory.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated. Project management experience is a bonus.
