Develop and deliver impactful, proactive insights to influence critical business decisions. Work with the APAC Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Insights & Research – Hirer to craft compelling insights‑led stories and narratives that amplify the voice of our hirers, raising awareness of their key needs, priorities and pain points throughout the organisation. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to foster connectedness and identify opportunities for proactive influence. It also leads end‑to‑end marketing operational alignment, driving effective planning, coordination, and performance across the APAC Marketing team. Key stakeholders include the Executive and Commercial Leadership Teams, Marketing, Product, Technology, Sales and Service, Commercial Growth, and Strategy. Our team members are based in Melbourne, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, providing an international perspective and collaboration across SEEK’s key markets. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Proven track record of making an impact in customer insights, either in‑house or at a research agency. Successful history of effectively managing agency research studies end‑to‑end. Solid understanding of market research and data fundamentals, including a broad range of research methodologies. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to present insights through storytelling that influence critical business decisions. Ability to build concise, meaningful and impactful PowerPoint presentations efficiently and effectively. Other Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (e.g. psychology, behavioural economics). Experience using Q research software is advantageous but not mandatory. Team and Role We’re an analytics team partnering with Business Strategy, Marketplace, and Marketing to power decisions across Mobility (GrabCar/Grab Bike), Delivery (GrabFood, GrabMart), OmniCommerce, Financial Services (GrabPay), and Commercial (Partnerships, Ads, Brand Monetization). The Country & Marketing Analytics team acts as the countries analytics consultant and strategic partner for stakeholders such as business operation, strategy, marketing, and growth function, deciphering the impact on our business, our brand and our users growth, to augment the outcome of future initiatives.

As the Country and Marketing Analytics Manager, you will lead enterprise‑level analytics and deliver insights that shape strategy, marketplace health, marketing effectiveness, and investment across all business lines. You’ll unify platform, marketplace, customer, merchant, and marketing data to support strategic planning and turn analytics into clear, action‑oriented recommendations. This role is onsite and reports to the Senior Country & Marketing Analytics Manager.

Critical Tasks

Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing analytics team; support professional development and establish standards, rituals, and operating rhythms.

Explore business, marketing, and growth opportunities; uncover insights and identify high‑ROI levers for country performance.

Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, and Strategy to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives that influence user growth and marketplace outcomes.

Develop and test data‑driven hypotheses; design robust experiments and campaign/feature evaluations, maintaining high measurement standards.

Build measurement frameworks, define OKRs, and develop user segmentation and channel attribution techniques to improve efficiency and decision quality.

Own end‑to‑end analytics: problem framing, instrumentation, data pipelines, modeling and experimentation (e.g., causal inference, forecasting, segmentation, attribution/MMM), and senior‑level storytelling.

Develop analytics tools and self‑serve assets (dashboards, QA/debugging utilities, data summarizers, result analysis helpers), including GenAI‑powered capabilities to accelerate insight generation.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to productionize models, automate workflows, and improve data quality and governance.

Champion a data‑driven culture across the organisation, driving adoption of decision frameworks and measurable impact.

Qualifications

6+ years in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science, including 2+ years managing a team of analysts/data scientists.

Proficient in SQL and Python or R programming language.

Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker or Tableau).

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark/PySpark), handling large datasets, and guiding complex ETL and data quality workflows.

Foundation in statistics with hands‑on industry experience running controlled experiments and causal analyses.

Demonstrated impact influencing marketing and growth decisions (e.g., attribution/MMM, segmentation, lifecycle/CRM, channel mix, incentives/pricing).

Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, evaluate options, propose novel solutions, and bring from prototype to adoption.

Experience leading expert teams, promoting a data‑driven culture, and supporting professional development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior audiences.

AI proficiency who can use modern tools for analysis, write and optimize code with AI, build AI‑powered workflows, guide responsible adoption across teams, and rigorously evaluate AI outputs for reliability and impact.

Overview

Customer Service Associate will be responsible for maintaining/ enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer deliverables and queries are turned around efficiently using the proprietary NielsenIQ platforms.
