Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and performance management tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
