Job Description
Coordinate the inbound and outbound logistics of materials, equipment, and tools for FPSO modules.
Ensure timely delivery of all project-related materials to meet the fabrication schedule.
Liaise with procurement and vendors for tracking material readiness and shipping.
Shipping & Transportation Plan and coordinate land and sea transportation, including barge movements and container logistics.
Arrange customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with Indonesian import/export regulations.
Monitor and track shipments, escalating any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Interface Management Act as the logistics focal point between the Batam yard, main office, vendors, and freight forwarders.
Support coordination with module fabrication teams, construction, and commissioning teams.
Documentation & Reporting Ensure proper documentation of all logistics activities including packing lists, delivery notes, shipping documents, and customs records.
Prepare regular logistics reports and dashboards for management review.
Maintain records in line with project and company documentation control procedures.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipyard environment, ideally supporting offshore or marine fabrication projects (e.g., FPSO & Jack-up rigs).
Good knowledge of shipyard operational workflows, including module movements and heavy lift coordination.
Familiarity with Batam yard logistics and Indonesian customs procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for the FPSO project, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and award.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Work closely with engineering, project, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with project requirements.
Prepare and review CBE, purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in compliance with company policies and project specifications.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum
5–8 years of procurement experience
in the
oil & gas
industry, with
mandatory experience handling FPSO projects .
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, commercial terms, and contract management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with
Microsoft NAV
will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop Machine Learning model using Python Gather and review necessary data from relevant sources to set up a comprehensive dataset as variables for training the Machine Learning (ML) model Configure data integration from various data sources (not limited to well logs, seismic attributes, and production data) to provide a comprehensive understanding of subsurface geology data into a combined dataset for further analysis. This involves merging data, checking data compatibility, and resolving inconsistencies or discrepancies for data frame preparation Perform data quality, cleaning, and data integrity checks to resolve any data issues that may affect accuracy and reliability of the model Analyze large amounts of information to discover and recognize trends and patterns as part of exploratory data analysis Train the Machine Learning model by selecting appropriate algorithms, defining input features and target variable for missed opportunity portfolio ranking prediction analytics solution Validate the model by evaluating its performance to study effectiveness and model accuracy. ML algorithms can quantify the uncertainty associated with predictions, providing decision-makers with confidence levels and risk assessments Perform user acceptance testing to verify the integration, assess the model's performance and address any feedback from users Configure necessary API for integration of ML model with solution user interface Prepare admin documentation for reference Implementation & configuration for go-live Support stabilization period to fix issues and bugs after deployment Lead/guide/mentor/train project team members data scientists during the development Qualifications
