As a Marketing Automation Specialist , you’ll play a key role in setting up and managing automated marketing campaigns. Your work will help ensure customers get the right messages at the right time, improving engagement and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve Customer Journeys with ensure every step of the marketing funnel flows smoothly and nurtures leads effectively.
  • Create Automation Workflows by set up and manage automated emails, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.
  • Work with top marketing platforms or best tools to enhance efficiency and personalization.
  • Follow the latest trend by research and integrate new tools or strategies to improve marketing performance.
  • Track key metrics, review campaign performance, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Set up workflows, create email content, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Work closely with others team such as marketing, sales, and other departments to align automation efforts with company goals.

Key Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with experience in marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, email marketing, and campaign tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make improvements based on insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in campaign execution.
  • Willingness to explore new tools and keep up with marketing trends.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

Extra Skills

  • Experience with B2B marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and personalization strategies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or data integration.
