- Dynamics 365 Customization: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet specific business requirements. This includes creating and modifying entities, attributes, forms, views, and business processes
- Bitbucket Version Control: Collaborate with development teams and use Bitbucket for version control, ensuring that code changes are tracked, reviewed, and deployed efficiently
- C# Web API: Develop and integrate C# Web APIs to extend and enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365
- Earlybound and Latebound: Implement both earlybound and latebound techniques as needed for customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365
- Plugins/Workflow: Design, develop, and maintain plugins and workflows to automate and streamline business processes in Dynamics 365
- XRM Toolbox: Utilize XRM Toolbox plugins and tools to enhance the development and customization of Dynamics 365
- DevOps Knowledge (Jenkins): Implement DevOps practices and automation, including using Jenkins, to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of Dynamics 365 solutions

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in on-premise and online environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and enhancing CRM systems to meet evolving business needs.
This position offers you the opportunity to work with public agency IT teams of Singapore and AvePoint R&D team to complete customer-related CRM project.
What will you be doing:
- Set up and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premise and online) environments, including system settings, security roles, and data integrations.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 workflows, business rules, and process automation to support business requirements.
- Develop custom CRM plugins and perform form customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose CRM-based solutions, and support workshops and solution reviews.
- Work closely with remote R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related incidents and technical issues.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via WebAPI and SFTP, with considerations for authentication, authorization, and encryption.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines and implement secure coding practices in CRM solution deployment.

As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, you’ll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. Skills And Experiences
- At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM

- Used Software-as-a Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, and Microsoft .NET

- Collaborated with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects
- Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
- Bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience
