Qualifications : Minimum 5 years working experience providing IT Disaster Recovery (DR) service from designated regional IT hub for organization with global presence.
Well-verse with ITIL IT Service Continuity Management or equivalent concept but not limited to the following: eg. DR Framework, DR Activation, DR Maintenance, DR Reinstatement etc
Working experience / knowledge in digitalization and automation of DR Processes / Workflow
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong analytical skills and able to pay close attention to complex detail , able to work well under fast -paced environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and testing processes.
Strong experience in executing Live DR Test
Knowledge and experience in digitalization and automation of DR Process will be an advantage.
Certification in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and related disciplines preferred.

Facilitate, coordinate and report relevant BC related exercise and testing activities.
Act as Secretariat for Crisis Management Team when CMT is activated until stand down.

This role is crucial in ensuring that HLA can continue to operate and recover from unforeseen events and disruptions, thereby minimizing financial loss and reputational damage. Responsibilities: A) Business Continuity Management Develop and maintain business continuity management framework, including policies and procedures. Facilitate, review and challenge risk assessments and business impact assessments that takes into consideration the potential threats and vulnerabilities to HLA’s business operations. Review and test organization wide and departmental business continuity plans. Train and educate staff on HLA’s business continuity program. Coordinate with other departments to ensure BCM is integrated with HLA’s overall risk management framework. Collaborate with other departments to ensure BCM is integrated within critical business functions. Responsible to ensure HLA’s BCM complies with applicable laws and regulation. Assist with the management of a crisis, such as a natural disaster or cyberattack. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement disaster recovery plans. B) Outsourcing Review due diligence documentation for technology outsourcing activities application, including new outsourcing arrangements and renewal or renegotiating of existing arrangements. Coordinate annual performance and due diligence review of Technology Outsourcing Service Providers with the business units. Compile and prepare Technology related Annual Outsourcing Plan & ensure timely submission to BNM. C) Others Participate in risk management projects and working groups as assigned by the Head of Technology Risk & Business Continuity Management. Perform other duties to support the business continuity management function and overall risk management objectives. Ensure compliance with Company and regulatory risk management policies and guidelines. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Certification in BCM such as CBCP or DRCE will be an added advantage. Proficient knowledge of IT Risk / IT Compliance / IT Audit. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in BCM in a financial institution, related financial services functions or consulting firms.
