Identify pertinent credit risk issues and propose measures to mitigate these risks. Approve credit applications within delegated discretionary powers. Provide support to Lending Units by liaising and discussing credit proposals to strengthen their structure and terms. Ensure efficient turnaround times in credit evaluation and assessment. Stay conversant with key industry trends and highlight adverse market information for management attention. Conduct site visits with Lending Units to evaluate risk issues. Provide relief to other Senior Credit Managers in their absence to minimize process disruptions. Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance. Undertake other functions assigned by management to improve credit quality or enhance credit culture. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a degree in a relevant field. Credit Skills Assessment (CSA) or Certified Credit Professional (CCP/CCP-i) certification is preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in credit evaluation, with sound knowledge of credit risks and financial ratio analysis. Good interpersonal, communication, analysis, and writing skills. Strong business and credit sense, with the ability to work as a team player.

4. Customer Relations
