Delivering financial and non-financial targets within assigned portfolio.
Strategic management of aged debt.
Establishes and communicates credit management policy and ensures business compliance and gains customer agreement.
Takes decisions as appropriate and proactively.

Handle various types of disputes with professionalism, patience, and sound judgement.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance team to drive resolution and maintain healthy customer relationship.
Proven results delivery with business credibility.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP applications.
Highly detail and organized and a fast learner.
Strong team player with strong networking ability.
Qualification and Experience
Degree in business or any associated discipline, preferably financial background.
Proven results delivery - demonstrated success within a credit management team.
Proven negotiation and influencing skills.

Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders on system enhancements and defects resolution

Review weekly audit report and weekly report downloading and reconciliation

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Preference for junior executives specializing in finance/accounting or equivalent.
