What You’ll Be Doing
Collects to terms—negotiates payment plans; may need to elevate cash flow problems according to management reporting structure. Takes appropriate action such as credit hold, placement with collections; ability to work independently done with little or no guidance.
A/R disputes—works with customer to determine reason (s) for non-payment of invoices and queries the specific invoice(s) for action by the Reconciliation Associate; works on disputes that have been researched by the Reconciliation Associate and collects outstanding balance if applicable.
Credit—AR exposure, facilitating sales and managing risk by reviewing order release and customer master file; releasing orders as appropriate; setting limit or order release based on research; elevating to CM, CD as necessary. Identify bad debt and set reserve.
Process improvement—identify root causes, recommend and implementing solutions. Establish/update best collection practices.

Seek measures not limited to credit insurance to mitigation risks

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics
3-5 years of relevant experience in AR accounting, credit analysis and collection
High astute sense of risk
Good interpersonal and communication skill, fast learner, self-starter in a fast pace and dynamic environment
Experience working cross functionally within countries, business and strong commercial acumen
SAP or Oracle financial system experience preferred

Research and evaluate all credit issuances as assigned in a timely manner and assist the Head of Fixed Income Research in all investment-related areas.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research, recommend creditworthiness and perform timely reviews of fixed income securities. Monitor economic indicators, financial and bond market performance and outlook.
- Assess all corporate actions, make appropriate recommendations and execute the recommendations within the stipulated timeline.
- Monitor rating actions and material corporate news of fixed income securities closely and provide impact analysis/credit views in a timely manner.
- Prepare periodic reports and ad hoc reports.
- Contribute to ongoing investment ideas and discussions.
- Work with Head of Fixed Income Research to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork.
- Comply with the Standard Operating Manual of the department and work with Head of Fixed Income Research to update relevant investment policies and procedures.
Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Qualifications
- Preferably a degree in related areas (i.e. Investment, Accountancy, Business Economics, Finance, etc.).
- CFA/MBA would be an added advantage.
- Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in fixed income research, credit evaluation and fund management.
- Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Proactive, organized, flexible and resourceful.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work and think independently under stressful environment.
- Good written and spoken skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia language.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead credit reviews, analyse and monitor client credit risk, to ensure creditworthiness.
- Provide insightful, succinct and timely client portfolio credit analysis.
- Accountable for spreading financials, proposing credit grades aligned to scorecards, documenting client risk and mitigants, and monitoring for credit-material events.
- Partner with Banking, Coverage and Risk teams to develop and execute credit analysis, credit origination and monitoring relevant matters.
- Deliver client fraud risk assessments to defined standards, documenting residual risks and mitigants.
- Credit intelligence to identify business opportunities with an acceptable risk profile by supporting Relationship Managers, FI Bankers and Product teams with product solutioning and recommendations.
- Provide credit analysis with consideration for market dynamics and client industry, including:
Client funding strategy, financial policies, treasury activities, including hedging, and cash management.
Analyse client cash flow and liquidity with ratio analysis and/or stress testing balance sheet strength, cash flow and profitability vulnerability.
Reputational risk profile, including climate and sustainability risks

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Credit Analyst with a strong background in auto finance , financial analysis , and KYC compliance . Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess hire purchase loan and floor stock applications by analyzing applicant’s financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), credit reports, income documents, and other supporting data
- Recommend applications based on established credit policies, authority limits, and risk parameters
- Evaluate the potential risks associated with lending, considering factors such as customer profile, loan amount, repayment capability, and historical data
- Maintain accurate records of credit assessments, decisions, and justifications in the credit evaluation system
- Work closely with Sales and Operations departments to facilitate loan processing and resolve queries or discrepancies
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for individual and corporate applicants, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where applicable, in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with compliance team to identify and report any suspicious activities or red flags.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely refresh of KYC documentation.
- Any other duties assigned on ad-hoc basis
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk assessment, preferably in hire purchase lending and floor stock (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, credit scoring, and risk management practices
- Experience in KYC compliance is preferred
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

**Job Description:**
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Collects to terms-negotiates payment plans; may need to elevate cash flow problems according to management reporting structure. Takes appropriate action such as credit hold, placement with collections; ability to work independently done with little or no guidance.
+ A/R disputes-works with customer to determine reason (s) for non-payment of invoices and queries the specific invoice(s) for action by the Reconciliation Associate; works on disputes that have been researched by the Reconciliation Associate and collects outstanding balance if applicable.
+ Credit-AR exposure, facilitating sales and managing risk by reviewing order release and customer master file; releasing orders as appropriate; setting limit or order release based on research; elevating to CM, CD as necessary. Identify bad debt and set reserve.
+ Process improvement-identify root causes, recommend and implementing solutions. Establish/update best collection practices.
+ Analysis of customer financials/credit, Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
+ Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solution
+ Seek measures not limited to credit insurance to mitigation risks
+ Monitor and sourcing of pertinent information for preventive actions
+ Work with treasury team to maximum factoring opportunity
+ Assists in account receivable management
+ Ad hoc project related to portfolio risks management
+ Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

Research and evaluate all credit issuances as assigned in a timely manner and assist the Head of Fixed Income Research in all investment-related areas.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research, recommend creditworthiness and perform timely reviews of fixed income securities. Monitor economic indicators, financial and bond market performance and outlook. Assess all corporate actions, make appropriate recommendations and execute the recommendations within the stipulated timeline. Monitor rating actions and material corporate news of fixed income securities closely and provide impact analysis/credit views in a timely manner. Prepare periodic reports and ad hoc reports. Contribute to ongoing investment ideas and discussions. Work with Head of Fixed Income Research to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork. Comply with the Standard Operating Manual of the department and work with Head of Fixed Income Research to update relevant investment policies and procedures.
Job Specifications
Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Qualifications Preferably a degree in related areas (i.e. Investment, Accountancy, Business Economics, Finance, etc.). CFA/MBA would be an added advantage. Experience More than 5 years of experience in fixed income research, credit evaluation and fund management. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Proactive, organized, flexible and resourceful. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work and think independently under stressful environment. Good written and spoken skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
