Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and creativity, with a proven track record in developing visually compelling concepts for both digital and offline marketing campaigns, providing design concepts for customization solutions on our BTL products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for customization of premium gifts, merchandising displays, roadshows/events, and manage content creation and posting for the company website and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful solutions.
- Create visual assets including graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design concepts.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience with AI tools, 3D software, photography/videography, and handling social media is a plus.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms for internal company use.
