Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the content creation team

To plan, oversee, and execute social media content across digital platforms

Drive the creative direction to ensure brand consistency of videos, graphic and content

Generate a steady stream of content ideas and execute them from start to finish.

Conceptualize and create compelling shortform videos that align with client objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media platforms and incorporate these trends into content

Close collaboration with performance marketing team to align content with intended objectives

Close monitoring and regular analysis of content performance

Ensure all content is produced to a high standard, adheres to brand guidelines, and is optimized for platform-specific requirements.

Requirements:

RM 4500 - RM 5500 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing creative ideas and content for marketing campaigns, social media, and communications. Support content creation and editing, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and visual assets. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate to maintain brand voice and messaging consistency. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new content strategies. Monitor engagement metrics and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or internal teams. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Scope:

Content development for digital and print channels. Basic design and visual content support. Social media management and engagement. Internal communication support. Creative project and campaign assistance. Maintain brand consistency across all content. Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Basic knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and graphic design tools, including AI-generated tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
