Overview
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, including lectures, workshops, and seminars.
Design, develop, and update course materials, modules, and academic programs.
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and creative portfolios.
Provide academic guidance, counseling, and pastoral care to support student development.
Monitor academic program performance and contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Support teaching staff evaluation through classroom observations and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with industry partners and participate in knowledge exchange activities.
Assist with institutional administration, coordination, and service roles.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support institutional goals.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a master's degree and bachelor’s degree in film studies, video production, information technology or related field.
Strong academic and/or professional
portfolio relevant to the advertised areas.
Ability to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary environment
Commitment to
student-centred teaching, academic innovation, and university service

Creative Manager (Advertising, Arts & Media) Based in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya What You Will Do As the Creative Manager, you are the visionary leader at the helm of the design team – guiding creative direction, shaping the brand’s visual identity, and ensuring bold ideas come to life across every touchpoint. Lead with Vision: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of designers and creatives. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creative excellence.
Set Creative Strategy: Define and articulate a cohesive visual direction that supports broader marketing and business goals while elevating the brand’s identity.
Drive Campaigns: Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners to concept, pitch, and launch integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
Be Creatively Hands‑On: From initial concept to final execution, contribute where needed—whether it's layout, packaging, typography, or motion design.
Own the Brand’s Visual Ecosystem: Oversee all design outputs—POSM, packaging, in‑store displays, digital assets, social content, and beyond—ensuring consistency and excellence.
Champion Quality: Set the standard for creative output. Review and refine work to ensure it meets strategic goals, brand tone, and executional polish.
Work Across Mediums: Lead design across formats—print, digital, video, motion, presentations—with a clear, cohesive visual language.
Think Globally: Support regional and global teams to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across markets and cultural contexts.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills—comfortable working with marketing, product, and leadership.
A sharp creative eye, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
What You Will Bring
A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
5+ years of proven experience in a senior creative manager role with a strong portfolio that showcases bold thinking and brand leadership.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); familiarity with Figma or other collaborative tools is a plus.
Expertise in brand identity, typography, layout, packaging, and visual storytelling.
Experience leading creative teams, giving clear feedback, and fostering growth.
Salary Rm7,000 – Rm10,000, to Commensurate Experience.
