Creative Execution

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across all markets and platforms.
- Manage end-to-end creative project lifecycles, from ideation to final delivery, balancing creativity with business needs.
Collaboration & External Partnerships
- Work closely with the marketing team, event team, and other departments to translate business goals into creative concepts that drive engagement and sales.
- Oversee partnerships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and brand requirements.
Innovation & Market Awareness
- Keep abreast of industry trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activities to proactively adapt and evolve creative strategies.
- Introduce fresh ideas, formats, and technologies that enhance the brand experience and differentiate Big Bad Wolf in the marketplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in retail, events, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

- Grab Creative Studio is spread across the markets in which we operate. The Singapore Creative Team is based in Malaysia, alongside the Regional and Malaysia teams, which means you'll be part of a big, sometimes noisy bunch :)
- We're responsible for building the Grab brand and maintaining its integrity across the region.

- You will report into the Executive Creative Director, Regional and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will be co-leading the Singapore Creative Team with a copy-based CD, working directly with the Regional ECD and Country Marketing Leads.
- You will also have the opportunity to work on Regional projects on occasions.
- You will be responsible for setting and pushing the standards of the Creative team, ensuring that only the highest quality of visuals/copy that are on brand leave the door.
- You will be working and aligning with Marketing to develop strategies, tactics, and ideas that don't just meet the numbers, but also build the brand.
- As Grab is a fast-paced company, you will be managing multiple projects at any given time and working with Creative Producers to ensure the team is productive, motivated, and delivering work that meets your high standards.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 12 years of agency experience, where you have led and executed large integrated campaigns (including for digital marketing).
- You must submit a portfolio that showcases your excellent visual design and conceptualisation skills.
- You have strong technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- You have formal design training in art or other design disciplines, plus a working knowledge of copywriting.
- You have strong communication skills in managing stakeholders from all levels.
- You have experience not just in managing art directors and copywriters but also in guiding the team to produce excellent creative work consistently.
- You have experience in managing workflow for the development of multiple creative assets.

The Team
- The Head of APAC Content & Creative Studio sits within APAC Marketing team, and reports to the APAC Marketing Director.
- This role is one of seven members of the global Marketing leadership team and will work closely with all other Marketing functions.
- As leader of this team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of 28 marketers (5 direct reports), driving high performance and high engagement through coaching and regular feedback.

The Role
The Head of APAC Content and Creative Studio is a senior leadership role, reporting to the APAC Marketing Director leading one of our critical APAC centres of excellence.
This is a dynamic and exciting role that is responsible for leading the development of all content and creative for the SEEK group across all brands SEEK, Jobstreet, JobsDB and Jora with the intent to drive business performance across the APAC region and to help deepen our relationships with candidates, students, and hirers (businesses).
You will be accountable for driving creative excellence across the eight key markets within which SEEK operates including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.
You will be responsible for a large team of marketers based across all of these geographies.
Excitingly you and your team will work collaboratively with local marketing teams based across the APAC region as well as other world class APAC centres of excellence (based across ANZ and Asia) providing services such as Brand Strategy, CRM, Digital, Analytics and Research. Hence you are truly part of a global organisation and Marketing leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative Services
- Lead and strategically develop the Content and Creative Studio Team consisting of content producers, graphic designers, copywriters, video production specialists, and emerging creative disciplines. Foster a culture of innovation, creative excellence, and high performance across all creative functions.
- Partner with other marketing teams, product, sales, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective creative solutions. Facilitate communication between creative teams and other business units.
- Support marketing teams and the wider business with comprehensive creative execution including design, copy, and production of brand assets (on and off platform), integrated campaign materials, strategic communications, ad hoc creative service requests, and executive-level deliverables such as annual reports, investor presentations, and corporate communications that reinforce brand positioning and business objectives.
- Lead end to end content management including content briefs, content assessment, content curation and planning, content creation, content publishing & promotion and content performance and insight tracking. This includes content for SEO, digital marketing, partnerships and on platform.
- End to end community management for SEEK’s community offering including content moderation (publishing & daily monitoring)
- Strategic content partnership management including partner sourcing, negotiations and contract management.
AI & Innovation
- Develop and execute an AI strategy for creative services, identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI tools and automation workflows that enhance productivity and scale while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Stay abreast of AI developments in creative. In collaboration with SEEK technology teams evaluate new tools for adoption, and lead innovation initiatives positioning the organization at the forefront of AI-powered creative services. Manage rollout of new AI technologies across the team.
- Redesign creative workflows to incorporate AI capabilities, establishing hybrid human and AI processes that optimize creative production while preserving brand authenticity.
- Build AI competencies and reskilling across the creative teams. Foster an AI culture in the team.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI-generated content, ensuring outputs meet brand standards, ethical guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor AI implementation impact on productivity, costs, and quality. Develop metrics demonstrating ROI of AI investments.
- Develop and implement innovative self-service creative tools, automated workflows, and scalable creative platforms that enable the organization to exponentially increase creative outputs while minimizing operational costs and maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
Creative Operations
- Establish and champion the organization's creative vision, brand standards, and quality frameworks across all business units and geographic markets. Develop creative governance structures that ensure brand consistency while enabling creative flexibility and innovation at scale.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate resource allocation and workflow optimization across various creative disciplines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners. Oversee outsourced work, and ensure external resources align with internal standards and processes.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- You are a seasoned and multidisciplined Senior Marketing Executive with extensive expertise leading and developing marketing communications and content that drive demonstrated business results.
- You have significant expertise in executing multi-million-dollar integrated campaigns with a proven track record of delivering campaign results that are best in class and deliver strong business results.
- You have strong experience in developing visit driving content across digital, social and owned channels.
- You are a strong creative thinker that inspires teams to boldness.
- You have a passion for innovation and a proven track record of challenging ways of working with disruptive tools and technology.
- You are experienced in managing supplier relationships including having negotiated and overseen contracts and agreements.

As aPrincipal Visual Designer , you’ll lead high-impact, strategic design initiatives across the business. We are looking for a Lead Research Analyst to research and analyse risk in deep-dive due diligence activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct media and Internet searches on companies and individuals in English and Vietnamese language.
- To investigate official sources (registrars, regulators, courts, etc.) for information on companies and individuals
- To cooperate with external vendors (verification of provided information, placing them in a report)
- To analyse the collected information with a view to reputational, financial, and integrity risks (sanctions, corruption, bribery, money laundering, terrorism financing, regulatory violations, etc.)
- To prepare comprehensive reports in English and/or in foreign languages, which are:
- in a standardised format
- in accordance with our internal Research Methodology and Style Guide
- meeting client-specific requirements
- delivered on time
- Assists in training, guiding, or even mentoring new hires in research work
- Works closely with report/case stakeholders such as research supervisor, supporting team members, external vendors as well as case managers, to ensure the completion of the report that meets the client’s requirements.
- Works with immediate team members locally and across the EDD organisation (from various offices)
- Bachelor's degree preferably in international relations, political science, legal studies, or business management.
- Native or professional proficient in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent written and analytical skills including the ability to summarise complex information clearly and concisely from another language into English.
- Have a decent knowledge of Asian and Southeast Asian markets in general concerning AML/ABAC trends
- Able to work in a highly exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Strong research skills, including online search tools
- Strong writing and proofreading skills – prior experience in research/editorial roles is an advantage.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Ability to handle client queries and operational issues independently
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle volumes of work
- Be a team player with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and issues
- Knowledge of and curiosity about international affairs
- Having compliance, Due Diligence or AML/KYC-related experience would be an added advantage.
