Job Description
O bjectives of the Position
- Ensure and elaborate on compliance within the corporate finance guidelines in all local companies
- Optimize financing structures to ensure optimal ROI on projects
- Careful selection and determination of the source of capital - determining the debt equity ratio and designing a proper capital structure for the companies
- Establish and affirm dividend policies through Asia pacific for both majority and minority owned companies
- Enhance economic returns on credit facilities agreed with banks for all local companies
- Emphasize structural project administration from a financial perspective
- Develop efficient and appropriate check list for project requirements such as country regulations on new company set up
Main Tasks
- Responsible for Project financing in Asia Pacific - design and build optimal structure for project financing
- Involve in expertise paper evaluation with the basis of understanding the new business/project requirements, country regulation as well as internal guidelines
- Build a check list template for new projects to ensure smooth implementation in setting up new companies as such Local regulatory requirements. Documentation requirement, equity ratio and tax benefit, etc.
- Develop Subsidiary financing format, check list and workflow
- Ensure well coordination with Corporate Finance (CFT) and local companies on dividend declaration
- Develop and design good Global Treasury reporting structure to ensure transparency on cash and risk positions of local companies in Asia Pacific
- Responsible for coordination with treasury platform on requirements, Corporate Finance on allocation and banks on disbursement of Credit facilities
- Maintain Banking Relationship, clear and open discussions are documented
- Negotiate Transactional Pricing with banks to minimize transactional cost and optimize operational efficiency
- Responsible for Bank account management based on Global bank account guidelines. Ensure and enhance bank account streamlining in Asia Pacific region
- To identify, evaluate and drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization, internal control requirements and any other project roll outs
- To perform other duties as and when delegated
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Professional qualification in Finance (eg ACCA, CPA, etc.) or Bachelor's degree in Finance /accounting
- Working Experience: Minimum 4 years in Corporate Finance and/or Treasury Function
- Experience in banking Industry or BIG 4 will be an advantage
- Must have good knowledge of local countries regulations
- Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Work with high self-motivation, high reliability and responsibility, dedicated for outstanding performance and passionate to drive team performance and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, very strong leadership skills, collaboration and communication skills, high integrity
- IT Skill: Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP and Business Warehouse, Data Analytic tools (PowerPivot, PBI, Tableau), interest in digitalization trends

TCF AP&CN overseas Siemens Energy business in multiple countries in Asia and is organized into teams. You will work independently and closely with internal and external collaborators and lead day-to-day problem-solving on various TCF topics depending on your team assignment:
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Handle banking relationships, including negotiating agreements, onboarding, KYC, account authorization, and related technical setups.
- Coordinate cash and credit facilities by supervising balances, negotiating credit lines, managing liquidity, and handling regional cash pooling.
- Develop and implement money market strategies, including trades for excess cash management or financing needs.
- Handle back-office functions such as confirming, settling, and balancing money market and FX trades, along with interest and mark-to-market processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal limits, and company standards across treasury activities.
- Maintain accurate records, deliver relevant training, support internal controls, and assist with audits to promote visibility and consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Validated experience in corporate treasury, ideally within a multinational company setting.
- Proficient in business English and Chinese communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily business transactions for KIBB and its clients for the following:
- BNM reporting (ITIS)
- Make sure completed the settlement action in Guava
- Make sure all payment executed follow cut off time
- Reconciliation completed against with BNM account and Guava system within the cut off time
- Make sure all clients instruction is attended and executed
- Make sure all information updated accurate in Guava in order for reporting purpose
- Make sure met the deadline of BNM reporting submission
- Backup for another unit when required
- Any adhoc assignment assigned from time to time
Continuous process improvement for the following operational processes:
- Update Treasury Operations Procedure Manual
Readiness on new project / products initiated by the company, or via statutory requirements from the relevant authorities:
- Compliance to SLA
- Automation for BNM Reporting – Robotic working together with RPA Project manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Products
- Degree in Finance, Business Admin and other relevant field
- Sound knowledge of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Rules and Guidelines
- Well-versed in all Treasury Products
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, across all levels

Their processing centre supports 10 countries across three geographical time zones, employing a Global Operating Model to maximize efficiencies and support a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia include enhancing scalability, improving service quality via centres of excellence, and implementing standardized processes globally.
This role is part of the Banking & Treasury Ops department of Wealth Management Asia. Responsible for timely and accurate end-to-end processing of trades according to cut-off and SLAs.
Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

What will you do?
- Trade processing of loans, deposits, and establishing new credit facilities in systems.
- Input and maintain credit information in records and databases to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with preparation of regulatory reports and management reports.
- Maintain and archive credit administration files.
- Approve loan drawdowns and collateral releases as appropriate.
- Process remittances, FX, and FX derivatives.
- Receive and deliver settlement instructions.
- Adhere to all control points and procedures.
- Address queries promptly and accurately.
- Follow escalation protocols and participate in process improvements and projects.
- Apply RBC values, culture, and leadership principles daily.
- Engage in learning and development courses and apply new knowledge.
- Provide relief support and cross-train across functions as needed.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Understanding of treasury fundamentals (interest rates, FOREX). Good computer skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Responsible and attentive to detail.
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Avaloq system and experience managing client data.

Treasury Operations - Settlements Processing Officer

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Support daily processing of the Global Market products (FXMM, Derivatives, Securities) for MY & SG Hubbing operations and transactions via various processes i.e. verification, trade life cycle management, settlement, accounting, overdue contracts, confirmation, and investigation of ad hoc issues and enquiries.
- Ensure that day-to-day operations and transactions are adheres to the cut off time in a timely and risk-free manner while delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute tasks accurately, timely and in accordance with the operating procedures.
- Manage and analyze complicated situations, and deviations / exceptions related to transaction and settlement mismatches.
- Handle queries to/from stakeholders and clients.
- Ensuring controls and completeness checking for transactions processed for the day.
- Constantly identify areas to improve processes and straight through processing (STP) opportunities to continue to deliver improved processes with consistent quality.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, system implementation, process improvement and business-driven initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance in all external and internal dealings with customers and controls are in place & implemented to mitigate operational risk.
- Adherence to internal operations policies and regulatory compliance.
- Support business units and draw up new processes for new products to be launched from operational perspectives.
- Support teamwork and cross-learning within the department.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics
- At least 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in financial systems and software
