We are seeking a motivated and experienced in-house generalist legal counsel or lawyer with at least 6-8 years post-qualified experience to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice and support across a wide range of legal matters, including contract review, drafting and negotiation, as well as litigation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and effectively managing legal risks for the organization.

Business-level proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Additional proficiency in any other APAC or European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal and compliance services to the Business Units, Functions Group entities present in APAC, in particular Malaysia and their operations
  • Work with business stakeholders to assess legal implications and potential risk, helping identify, understand and manage short-term and long-term risks to the business
  • Offer counsel regarding legal framework and appropriate actions for Airbus APAC activities across divisions
