Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic

Investment & Strategy Analyst

to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of private equity, digital infrastructure, and start-up. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong willingness to learn, regardless of prior work experience. You will be involved in all aspects of the investment lifecycle and play a key role in supporting the firm’s long-term strategy and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities Assist in evaluating investment opportunities through market research, financial modelling, and due diligence.

Support the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in value creation initiatives.

2. Strategic & Operational Support

Work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives across the firm.

Contribute to fundraising, investor relations, and regulatory reporting efforts.

Support operational functions including compliance, finance, and internal process development.

3. Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate directly with global fund partners and senior leadership.

Participate in meetings with portfolio companies, advisors, and regulators.

Who should apply

Fresh graduates with high grades (Accounting/Finance, Maths/Statistics, Engineering, Economics) who can show they understand PE fundamentals.

Early-career accounting / audit / fund-admin profiles who want to move closer to deals.

Quant/engineering graduates who can model, reason from data and communicate clearly.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modelling is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
