- Experience with Delta-Tau systems is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of electrical or electronic control hardware/systems, including PMAC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, GSK, Omron.
- Knowledge of control disciplines such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Advanced Process Control (APC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS).

Supports on the estimation of total project cost at completion. Updates the expected project profitability valuation and ensures the information is reliable.
Main Accountabilities
- To establish the initial project budget/forecast based on handover data from Proposal Department using Cost Control system.
- Responsible to update changes to the forecast based on project evolution and other risk impacts to project
- To set up Cost Control Procedures
- To produce monthly Project Cost Report and Project Management Report
- Preparation of monthly invoices to Client and follow up works (including reimbursable items)
- Cash forecast update
- To continually assess the adequacy of budgetary provision
- Carries-out statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on
- future contracts / proposals
- Complies with and implements both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards and policies, and other applicable company procedures

- Degree in Engineering/Operations Management or other related technical fields.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Quality or Engineering role in aviation, automotive, manufacturing or other relevant field.
- Trained/Certified or practical knowledge of RCCA, PFMEA/FAI procedures and discipline.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Aviation Regulations and quality practices.
- To be able to support Night Shift rotation as needed.
- Green Belt Certified and practical knowledge of MSA/CpK
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Able to work independently and able to provide technical and quality guidance to Quality team members.
- Basic knowledge of MRO Operations and MRO SAP.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
