• Develop and maintain production schedules reflecting capacity and demand to optimize resource use across three Final Test lines.
• Conduct capacity analysis and simulations to identify bottlenecks or underutilization.
• Analyze machine downtime, utilization, and availability using SEMI E10 indicators to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with production, equipment, and process engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting daily targets.
• Monitor and adjust line performance in real-time using dashboards and reporting tools, escalating delays or deviations.
• Communicate priorities to operations teams and coordinate recovery actions when needed.
• Support NPI readiness by aligning planning with engineering and qualification timelines.
• Maintain documentation of planning assumptions, capacity metrics, and resolutions for traceability and audits.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings, including daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.

Role Overview:

• Lead process observations and improvement action. Initiate and coordinate pFMEA events and follow through with various stake holders on risks mitigation actions. Finalize process changes or improvement through a FAI event.

• Conduct Quality Trainings / Flow downs / Briefing as scheduled or arising from any Quality event.

• Review Regulatory Airworthiness Directives received from Technical Publication and attend or support AD Review Board. Update AD check list for Certifying Staff.

• Monitor progress and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support planning inputs for project tenders and proposals.
• Participate in internal and subcontractor progress meetings.
• Maintain schedule baselines, forecasts, and support recovery plans.

Skill Requirements:

• Solid understanding of planning and scheduling practices in EPC projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Excel, and project reporting tools.

The Cost Control Engineer is responsible for the management and reporting of all costs and revenues of project he/she have been allocated for.

Supports on the estimation of total project cost at completion. Updates the expected project profitability valuation and ensures the information is reliable.

Main Accountabilities

• To establish the initial project budget/forecast based on handover data from Proposal Department using Cost Control system.
• Responsible to update changes to the forecast based on project evolution and other risk impacts to project
• To set up Cost Control Procedures
• To produce monthly Project Cost Report and Project Management Report
• Preparation of monthly invoices to Client and follow up works (including reimbursable items)
• Cash forecast update
• To continually assess the adequacy of budgetary provision
• Carries-out statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on
• future contracts / proposals
• Complies with and implements both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards and policies, and other applicable company procedures
