WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

Content Strategy → Cadence

  • Build a quarterly roadmap across written articles, webinars, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters
  • Maintain a bi-weekly “pillar asset” shipping rhythm without being “chased”

Production Engine (budget provided)

  • Source, brief, and manage freelance editors, designers, copywriters, and other service providers
  • Publish airtight SOPs & QA every asset before it goes live

Distribution & Growth

  • Grow LinkedIn followers by 50%, YouTube watch-hours by 100% in 12 months
  • Secure at least 6 high-authority podcasts/stages for founders annually

Attribution & Reporting

  • Build HubSpot dashboards tying content touches to at least 25% of the qualified pipeline

Team Leadership

  • Level-up our Content Marketer from executor to producer; coach, delegate, and set clear growth milestones

YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

  • Have 5–8 years of experience turning B2B or agency ideas into revenue, not just “likes” and “good vibes.”
  • Are comfortable living in ClickUp/Notion boards and enjoy HubSpot reports (bonus points if you actually enjoy it)
  • Can brief an editor, tear through a copy edit, and map out three campaigns before lunch

Duties & Responsibilities

1. E-Learning Content Development & Management

• Assist in designing, developing, and updating digital learning programs, including e-modules, videos, quizzes, and interactive courses.

• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and relevant training materials.

• Ensure e-learning content aligns with company policies, compliance requirements, and retail best practices.

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new courses, user enrolments, and performance tracking.

• Monitor and troubleshoot LMS-related issues, ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees.

• Generate reports and analytics on training completion rates and effectiveness.

• Manage training budgets, staff training funds, and cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization.

3. Training Resource & Budget Management

• Monitor and manage training supplies, ensuring resources are available and replenished as needed.

• Coordinate the distribution of training materials and resources to participants and trainers.

• Maintain an inventory of training assets and ensure they are properly utilized and stored.

• Manage training budget is not exceeded.

4.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with HR, Operations, and Training teams to identify learning needs and develop suitable e-learning solutions.

• Work closely with IT and other departments to develop, integrate, and maintain training-related systems and tools.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive learning innovation, digital learning adoption, and regulatory compliance.

• Assist in the rollout of new training initiatives across retail locations.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated on e-learning trends, technologies, and best practices in the retail industry.

• Recommend new learning tools and strategies to improve employee training engagement and efficiency.

• Evaluate the impact of e-learning programs and suggest improvements.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s in a related field such as Information Technology, Human Resources, or Training & Development. Additional education or certification in training or systems management is a plus.

Experience:

Prefer 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or technical support role, preferably within a training, retail, or F&B environment.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related technologies.

Familiarity with SQL, database management, project management & software development is an advantage.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing and supporting LMS and other training technologies.

Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to training systems.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources efficiently.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in administrative tasks and technical maintenance.

Role Overview

As a Digital Content Creator, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality digital content (especially Reels, TikTok, and short-form videos) for both our agency and our clients. You must be hands-on with content planning, shooting, and post-production, with a sharp understanding of what works on social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Capture on-ground event footage, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and campaign-based content.

Ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with the campaign objectives and target audience.

Stay updated with platform best practices and algorithm changes to optimise content reach and performance.

Plan and develop engaging content for AQM's lead generation campaigns across various social media platforms.

Oversee AQM’s social media presence by developing and publishing content that highlights client projects, agency campaigns, and key marketing efforts.

Open to appearing on-camera for AQM’s corporate marketing videos and social media reels.

Work closely with the creative and strategy team to brainstorm ideas that align with brand messaging and objectives.

Propose innovative content ideas based on current digital trends, consumer behaviour, and campaign goals.

Translate brand campaigns into social-first storytelling formats.

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or any related mobile application.

Add text overlays, motion graphics, music, and effects that elevate content quality.

Optimise video formats for different platforms and ensure fast turnaround time.

Client's Work

Participate in client briefings and content presentations when required.

Collaborate with clients during shoot days, ensuring the right messaging and branding is captured.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a creative agency setting.

Proficient in short-form video editing and mobile shooting techniques.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and current digital content trends.

Skilled in using editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.).

Basic photography, lighting, and audio knowledge.
