About The Role
The Digital Content Management Manager oversees creating, curating, and publishing digital content across platforms. They lead a team to ensure content meets brand standards, engages the target audience, and drives business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Obtaining new authors and content relevant to market and business needs
- Managing authors including commissioning and decommissioning authors, authors ’succession planning, and building healthy pipeline of potential authors
- Managing contracts, licensing, fees and royalties payable related to content commissioning activities; ensuring compliance to internal policy and processes
- Managing the publishing calendar, ensuring activities meet timelines, quality standards, and commissioning terms.
- Demonstrating and articulate subject matter expertise in the practice area relevant to portfolio
- Developing and articulate content strategy and requirements; building clear content roadmap and acquisition plan aligned to business and product strategy
- Leading and manage team performance to ensure key deliverables are met
- Managing department and commissioning budget ensuring ROI and metrics are met
- Have a bachelor's degree in law will be a plus
- Have 3 to 5 years of content experience
- Possess prior experience in team leadership or people management
- Be adept at analyzing data and deriving actionable insights to optimize content performance
- Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

1. E-Learning Content Development & Management
• Assist in designing, developing, and updating digital learning programs, including e-modules, videos, quizzes, and interactive courses.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and relevant training materials.
• Ensure e-learning content aligns with company policies, compliance requirements, and retail best practices.
2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new courses, user enrolments, and performance tracking.

• Generate reports and analytics on training completion rates and effectiveness.

3. Training Resource & Budget Management
• Monitor and manage training supplies, ensuring resources are available and replenished as needed.
• Coordinate the distribution of training materials and resources to participants and trainers.
• Maintain an inventory of training assets and ensure they are properly utilized and stored.
• Manage training budget is not exceeded.
4.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with HR, Operations, and Training teams to identify learning needs and develop suitable e-learning solutions.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to develop, integrate, and maintain training-related systems and tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive learning innovation, digital learning adoption, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the rollout of new training initiatives across retail locations.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Stay updated on e-learning trends, technologies, and best practices in the retail industry.
• Recommend new learning tools and strategies to improve employee training engagement and efficiency.
• Evaluate the impact of e-learning programs and suggest improvements.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s in a related field such as Information Technology, Human Resources, or Training & Development. Additional education or certification in training or systems management is a plus.
Experience:
Prefer 2-3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or technical support role, preferably within a training, retail, or F&B environment.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related technologies.
Familiarity with SQL, database management, project management & software development is an advantage.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing and supporting LMS and other training technologies.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to training systems.

Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Content Creator who can take a concept from brainstorm to final post. You will produce graphics, short-form videos, photos and motion assets that make our clients’ feeds stand out and their audiences talk. If you love juggling multiple brands, shooting on location, and turning raw footage into scroll-stopping stories, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) that align with each client’s brand voice and objectives
• Design static and animated social graphics (carousels, infographics, banners) in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
• Photograph products, events and lifestyle scenes, ensuring consistent lighting and colour grading across a client’s visual library
• Collaborate with account managers and writers to translate briefs into creative concepts and content calendars
• Stay on top of social trends, platform updates and best practices, recommending new formats or ideas for each client
• Organise and maintain an efficient file-naming and asset-archiving system so projects are easy to locate and repurpose
• Track performance insights in Meta and TikTok dashboards, then use the data to refine future content
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, videography or multimedia content creation (agency experience is a plus)
• Solid portfolio that shows you can tell a story in 15–60 seconds as well as in a single frame
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or equivalent tools
• Confident operating mirrorless or DSLR cameras, basic lighting setups and audio gear
• Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms and content specs
• Strong organisational skills, comfort with tight deadlines and multiple brand voices
• Bonus points for animation, 3D, live-stream production or copywriting chops
• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, Film, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
