Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation. Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field. At least 6 years of experience with digital, design or agency background. Proven experience as a Digital Content Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects. Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads. Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools. Working Knowledge of Figma. Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.) Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous. Experience or knowledge of AI Tools. Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
