Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and agile Multimedia Content Creator to help bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you’ll ideate, film, edit, and deliver engaging video and photo content across a variety of platforms — from social media to global campaigns. Whether using a smartphone or DSLR, you’ll have an eye for narrative, a flair for visual craft, and the agility to adapt to fast-moving production needs.
Success in this role depends on your ability to translate creative ideas into content that connects, your openness to explore new tools and techniques (including AI), and your collaborative mindset across diverse teams and disciplines.
What you’ll do:
End-to-End Video & Multimedia Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and content assets for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and digital platforms.
- Capture photography or stills when needed to complement video narratives.
- Adapt and optimise assets for different formats and platforms — especially vertical short-form content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Brand Expression & Storytelling
- Transform briefs into impactful creative content that reflects our brand voice, audience expectations, and business objectives.
- Maintain consistency across visual assets while evolving the creative approach based on insights and feedback.
- Pitch and prototype ideas that bring fresh perspective to travel storytelling.
Technical Craft & Execution
- Deliver polished content with attention to pacing, rhythm, transitions, sound design, and visual balance.
- Confidently edit with Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong proficiency in colour grading and audio mixing to ensure a polished, professional finish and apply graphical or animated treatments where they meaningfully enhance the story.
- Optimise outputs for various devices, screen sizes, and formats.
Emerging Tools & Creative Experimentation
- Stay curious and proactive in exploring evolving creative technologies — especially AI-enhanced tools that support content ideation, automate editing, stylise video, or optimise output for platform-native formats.
- You’re excited by new workflows that make production faster and storytelling smarter — from auto-subtitling and dynamic captions to AI-assisted editing, motion augmentation, and text-to-video experimentation.
- Motion design is not a core requirement, but a working knowledge or interest in animation, kinetic text, or light motion is a welcome bonus.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders across teams and regions to deliver on content needs with clarity and consistency.
- Provide creative input from ideation through to final delivery, adapting based on feedback.
- Provide basic vendor coordination and budget management for content-related projects when needed, including sourcing, quoting, and working with production partners.
- Maintain oversight of our equipment inventory, ensuring gear is tracked, cared for, and available for shoots when needed.
What you’ll need:
- 3–5 years of hads-on experience in multimedia content creation, preferably within marketing or creative teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with bonus points for basic After Effects or Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience producing content using both professional gear and mobile devices.
- A strong visual instinct and ability to tell stories across different formats and styles.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, engaging video work with creative versatility.
- Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working across time zones and cultures.
- A growth mindset and openness to adopting emerging creative tools — including AI-driven platforms that simplify editing, support localisation, or unlock new visual formats.
- Nice to have) Familiarity with motion graphics or a willingness to learn light animation to expand your creative toolkit.
