Job Description

As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional , you’ll help clients across various industries in Change Management, Learning Design and Development, Organizational Analytics, and HR Transformation . Key Responsibilities
  1. Discover stakeholders’ challenges and expectations, and define Change Management strategies to support business transformation programs.
  2. Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
  3. Help clients develop their change capabilities and become more agile.
  4. Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.

  7. Support Change Measurement activities using Change Readiness tools.
  8. Collaborate with HR Transformation teams on HR System implementations like Oracle, SuccessFactors, and Workday.

  11. Contribute to practice-building activities such as recruiting, training, and community events.

Job Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 8 years of HR change management/consulting experience for Manager level.
  2. Experience in related areas like HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness is highly desirable.
  3. Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
  4. Comfort with digital solutions in tech-driven environments.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to deliver impactful communications to senior audiences and facilitate complex discussions.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with strong expertise in one or more leading EAM platforms such as SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM . This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting EAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions (SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
  • Configure and customize the EAM platform based on business processes and industry best practices.
  • Develop and test integrations, reports, and other system components (RICEFW or equivalent for other tools).
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture and delivery.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and solution design for pre-sales or delivery phases.
  • Stay up to date with product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends in the EAM domain.


  • Qualifications:


  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
  • SAP S/4HANA EAM
  • Hexagon EAM
  • IBM Maximo
  • Oracle EAM
  • Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Facilities Management is preferred


  • Preferred Skills & Experience:


  • Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Certifications in SAP, Hexagon, Maximo, or Oracle EAM are a plus.
  • Familiarity with related tools and modules: SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF; Maximo will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the use of Gen AI in EAM will be a plus point.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.

  • Prior consulting experience with client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Ability to develop whitepapers, contribute to proposals, and support business development efforts.

    We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consulting Engineer – SAP Technical Consulting who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the NextLabs Data-centric security for SAP product line. You will help define solution strategy, drive design and technical implementation, and architect innovative solutions. You will work on diverse projects from gathering customer requirements to implementing the solution, providing Information Security and Compliance solution for Global 2000 companies.

    This position requires excellent client services and technical skills; expertise with architecture, design, and implementation of information security software, identity and access management system, or enterprise software, and documentation experience.

    Responsibilities
    • Working closely with customers to design solutions involving information security and compliance needs on SAP
    • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and development expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, or enterprise-wide deployment
    • Leading the integration effort and owning the system and data integration architecture for SAP
    • Install and configure NextLabs software at client premises
    • Research and implement new functionality of NextLabs SAP Data Security Product Suite for customer implementations
    • Design specifications for new custom solutions based on customer requirements
    • Develop, configure and implement the solution as per NextLabs standards to meet customer requirements
    • Develop unit test plans and create test cases based on customer landscapes
    • Train customers to instrument Policies and secure SAP Data at various data access points and tools with NextLabs solution functionality
    • Help with creating training and other end-user documentation
    • Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other NextLabs components that interface with NextLabs SAP Data Security Product Suite
    • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction
    • Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
    Requirements
    • BS Degree in computer science or engineering or higher
    • 5 years of relevant experience
    • Have a good understanding of SAP best practices
    • Must be hands-on with RICEFW development and ABAP New syntax as needed to support project timelines and objectives
    • Must have solid experience in ABAP development with good understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, MM, PP, QM, FI and SD
    • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) based design & development and ABAP Restful Programming Model
    • Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA is a huge plus
    • Experience with Java based development is a plus
    • Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies
    • Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications is a plus
    • Experience with Data Masking, Data Anonymization techniques is a huge plus

    The Professional Services Consulting area is responsible for providing fee-for-service consulting services to clients by providing a complete project solution to achieve measurable business improvement using company products and services, defining opportunity/process around outsourced solutions, systems integration or other proprietary tools.

    What you’ll be doing

    - Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design

    - Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements

    - Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices

    - Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers

    - Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship

    - Advice on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team

    - Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community

    - Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions

    What you’ll bring to the table

    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines

    - 1-3 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions

    - Proven track record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc)

    - A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills

    - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains

    - Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions

    - Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication

    - Experience with Agile development methodologies

    - Proficiency in technical skills such as: command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other related technical skills

    - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.)

    - Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles

    - Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development

    - Knowledge of cloud technologies

    We seek a Network Solutions Engineer (CCIE R/S or DC certified) to design, implement, and troubleshoot Data Center/WAN/LAN/Campus Network solutions. Expertise in Cisco ACI, Multi-POD, Nexus switches, Vxlan, DCI , and scripting (Python/Java) is required. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, project delivery (migration, testing), and incident support. Experience with virtualization (OpenStack/Kubernetes) and cloud technologies is a plus. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To support on aspects of Data Centre / DC Virtualization / WAN/LAN Networking / Campus Network technology domain from requirements capture/definition through customer.
    • To interpret client needs, assess the full requirements, and identify suitable solutions.
    • To input to cost/timescale solutions/options and manage expectations as appropriate with the customer.
    • To support on the service delivery and network solution design, implementation.
    • To provide support and troubleshooting service for the network infrastructure related incidents and problems while implementing the project
    • Executes all phases of project delivery including plan, design, network staging, implementation, migration, testing, handover, etc.

    Skills/Experience:

    • CCIE R/S or CCIE DC certifications are required. VCP, RedHat Certification a plus
    • Understanding of Data Center architectures, including virtualization, experience in planning, design & implementation of Data Center infrastructure.
    • Rich design and hands on experience on ACI technology with Multi-POD. Knowledge and experience on Multi-Site ACI is a plus
    • Good understanding and knowledge on Java, Linux, Python, Virtualization, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Container.
    • Will be able to design, deploy & support Cisco data center products with hands-on experience in operation and configuration of Cisco network devices (e.g. routers, switches, Load Balancers, Storage Networks, Application Optimizers and Servers)
    • Hands on experience with Nexus Product Family (N9K,N7K, N5K, N2K), and Vxlan, DCI, OTV technologies, as well as Catalyst series switches (2960/3560/3750/4500/6500/6800, etc)
    • Public / Private Cloud experience and knowledge is a plus
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Effective consulting and communication skills
    • Demonstrated industry awareness
