The opportunity

As a Manager/Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance.

You will lead client engagements and facilitate discussion with clients. You will interview clients, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content.

Your key responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy - assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations
  • Strategic Planning -designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes
  • Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - assisting the client to reduce costs across the enterprise, and also to change the structure, governance and metrics of the enterprise
  • Value driver-based decision support -assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprise value, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop and drive account-planning, as well assales and delivery ofservice offerings
  • Manage and control commercial aspects of the project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 5-years (Managers) or 8-years (Senior Managers) working experience, preferably at least 3-years in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization
  • Preferably experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organization design, and operation and business process improvement
  • Experience in managing / dealing in large complex projects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organisation restructuring and transformation
  • Experience evaluating current business operating models, designing and executing initiatives with business benefits to streamline the process and improve the effectiveness of the organization and its operating model
  • Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders

Ideally, you will also have

  • Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies
  • MBA degree from a reputable business school

Job Description

We live in an increasingly volatile and complex world. Risks and threats are emerging at an accelerated pace and are increasingly interconnected. Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) professionals help clients address these requirements, partnering with clients across various levels of organizations.

Engagement Management
  • Manage project work or selected work streams in DRC service line
  • Work on Risk and Compliance (AML/KYC/Financial Crime) projects, often in roles such as PMO or Functional Business Analysts (FBAs).
  • Supervise a project team in all components of strategy and governance, process excellence and integration, regulatory reform, performance insights and execution
  • Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of project implementation, integration business process redesign, communication and training, etc
  • Work with client's business units, including Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Strategic Planning, Analytics and Finance to gain thorough understanding of the corporate risk processes and procedures development
  • Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures
Business Development
  • Maintain contact with client management, assume leadership role in pursuit teams, and participate in all aspects of the proposal development process
Domain Development
  • Lead/ assist in the development of new intellectual capital for Accenture, conduct leading edge research on white papers, support development of marketing collateral, and assist in publishing articles in industry periodicals
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Experience within a consulting (preferred) and/or banking firm is essential.
  • Between 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in areas such as regulatory change management, client lifecycle management, AML/KYC, financial crime, or related fields.
  • Certifications in ACAMS or ICA Diplomas and/or training in Data Governance, Data Privacy (PDPA, GDPR), Data Quality (BCBS 239).
  • Proven track record in project delivery and change management.
  • People management skills, with experience in leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Keen attitude to learn new skills, positive team player.

Work on Risk and Compliance (AML/KYC/Financial Crime) projects, often in roles such as PMO or Functional Business Analysts (FBAs).

Supervise a project team in all components of strategy and governance, process excellence and integration, regulatory reform, performance insights and execution

Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of project implementation, integration business process redesign, communication and training, etc

Work with client's business units, including Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Strategic Planning, Analytics and Finance to gain thorough understanding of the corporate risk processes and procedures development

Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures

Business Development

Maintain contact with client management, assume leadership role in pursuit teams, and participate in all aspects of the proposal development process

Domain Development

Lead/ assist in the development of new intellectual capital for Accenture, conduct leading edge research on white papers, support development of marketing collateral, and assist in publishing articles in industry periodicals

Professional Skill Requirements

Experience within a consulting (preferred) and/or banking firm is essential.

Between 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in areas such as regulatory change management, client lifecycle management, AML/KYC, financial crime, or related fields.

Certifications in ACAMS or ICA Diplomas and/or training in Data Governance, Data Privacy (PDPA, GDPR), Data Quality (BCBS 239).

Proven track record in project delivery and change management.

People management skills, with experience in leading teams.

Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS PowerPoint.

Keen attitude to learn new skills, positive team player.

Your responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for multiple projects and accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (business analyst, consultants, designers, engineers) to deliver complex digital solutions on time and within budget.
  • Drive project portfolio planning, ensuring alignment of delivery with client business objectives and Bitlab’s growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic input on product roadmaps, technology adoption, and innovation opportunities (cloud, AI, automation).

  • Proven experience leading large-scale web, mobile, and cloud solution implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels (business, technical, executive).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology roadmaps with business outcomes.
  • Prior experience in a digital agency or consulting firm is highly valued.
