Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Generate leads through multiple channels (walk-ins, social media, outreach, referrals)
Conduct daily sales activities:
3 Sales Calls
3 Appointments
2 Sales Presentations
Collect 10 LTRQ (Lead-To-Reach-Quota) leads
Monitor membership renewals and upsell services or products where appropriate
Promote club services, packages, and offers through service calls and floor engagement
Participate in marketing campaigns, community outreach, flyer drops, and casual leasing setups
Front of House & Customer Service
Perform reception duties including check-ins, member inquiries, and cashier operations
Resolve member issues or concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and daily tasks
Ensure the front desk and club environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist in scheduling, billing, and member communications
Team & Operational Duties
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent member experience
Attend team meetings, workshops, and ongoing training sessions

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Consultant to help clients navigate business challenges, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth.
In this role, you will lead client engagements, diagnose business pain points, and develop tailored solutions that deliver real impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, and operations—to ensure business strategies are aligned with overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: You’ll lead client engagements by diagnosing business challenges, developing tailored solutions, and delivering actionable strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Relationship Building: You’ll build strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their pain points and proactively offering strategic advice and solutions that deliver real business value.
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, projects, and operations, to ensure that our clients' strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: You’ll provide feedback to internal teams on service delivery and client needs, contributing to the refinement of our coaching programs and offerings.
- Data Collection & Analysis: You’ll collect client feedback and results, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: You’ll monitor industry trends and competitor insights to ensure that our services are innovative and relevant.
Requirements:
- Experience-Driven: You have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in business consulting, sales consulting, or a related field—experience in the coaching, consulting, or events industry is a bonus.
- Business-Savvy: You have a deep understanding of business processes and can simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strategic Thinker: You stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions. You have a natural talent for understanding and anticipating client needs, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. You can present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Versatile & Adaptable: Your experience across industries allows you to identify key business drivers and opportunities for growth.
- Self-Motivated & Accountable: You take ownership of your work and are committed to delivering the best results for clients.
