Your key responsibilities Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to analyse, understand, and document complex business processes, data analysis, functional requirements, and technology needs, in the form of functional specifications. Evaluate existing workflows and processes, recommend and design improvements that balance business efficiency, technology enablement, and data insights, supporting digital transformation and operational excellence. Utilize technical background and analytical skills to interpret data relevant to business operations. Support the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions, incorporating data exploration and visualization to enhance decision-making without deep data engineering across the project lifecycle. Be part, lead and inspire project teams through all phases—workshops, design sessions, development, and adoption—ensuring quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Provide coaching to junior team members and foster a collaborative culture. Design and conduct workshops and training programs to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes, driving sustainable business transformation. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process maps, functional specifications, and user guides. Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Skills and attributes for success Strong foundation in engineering complemented by business consulting expertise, particularly in the energy industry (a significant plus). Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, data-driven technology solutions. Proficiency in stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, support to technology adoption, and managing multifunctional teams in dynamic environments. Experience with business, system and data architectures Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management approaches. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or related fields. Background in computer science or software engineering is a plus. 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles that blend business design, technology enablement, data and functional analysis. I

deally, you will also have Sector-specific customer experience knowledge, especially in the energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors. Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies. Understanding of product management and development lifecycles. • Support Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget, while meeting quality expectations on a day-to-day basis
• Anticipate and manage project risks, and ensure project team and key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Establish and maintain relationships with external client personnel at appropriate levels
• Support business development activities, including preparing proposals to win new projects in the market
• Be up-to-date with new, disruptive trends that have the potential to impact our solutions and our client’s businesses

We’re looking for a seasoned SAP TM Senior Consultant / Consultant to lead transformative projects and help businesses optimize their end-to-end transportation management processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead SAP TM implementations , providing process consulting & technical expertise .
• Design & configure SAP TM solutions , ensuring seamless business integration .
• Partner with clients to develop & implement innovative transportation management solutions .
• Own specific project areas, driving success from planning to execution .

What We’re Looking For:

• 9+ years of hands-on SAP TM experience , including at least 3 full-cycle TM projects .
• Deep expertise in end-to-end transportation management process design & cross-module logistics integration .
• Proven track record in process delivery leadership & consulting on business process improvements .
• Strong team player , adaptable in both local & global teams .
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.
• Due to work permit restrictions, we are only able to consider candidates who are currently based in Southeast Asia.

• Develop functional design documents and testing scripts to ensure they align with the current system designs and best practices
• Plan, prepare, and execute system/product/acceptance/operational readiness testing
• Create test approaches, conditions, cycles, scripts, and environments

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience implementing SAP PP/DS & functional/ technical proficiency with at least 3or more full-cycle SAP implementations
• Experience with APO SNP, DP, and IBP (considered a plus)
• Excellent cross-module knowledge
• Open-minded team spirit, able to work in both local and large international teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, (other languages - especially Mandarin - are an advantage)
• Willingness to travel if the job requires it
