- Lead and manage a team of IAM engineers who supports identity lifecycle management and access provisioning for users group wide.
- Lead and responsible for technical delivery of work related to EnterpriseIdentity and Access Management tool (EIAM) across the Maybank group. This includes Application integration with IAM platform, tools enhancement, upgrades and onboarding of new services.

Job Summary
Directs day to day activities and operations of a large team of Construction/Operation Project Managers. Mentors junior team members and makes strong tactical decisions to resolve project issues. Manages Construction project costs, methods, and project team selection.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Leads and manages medium, sometimes regional construction programs. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters and ensure that Equinix’s interests are represented throughout the project lifecycle
Provides guidance and project leadership including ground up construction, remodels, renovations, etc., ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables specific to data center construction
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation tailored to Equinix’s operational and technical requirements
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges unique to the projects
Ensure that all construction activities comply with Equinix's standards, relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices specific to data centers
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, focusing on critical systems
Address any quality issues or non-compliance promptly and effectively.
Identify potential risks associated with data center construction, including technology integration, environmental factors, and operational continuity
Develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets
Monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones, coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that work is completed according to the set project timeline, resolve scheduling conflicts and delays proactively
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports
Prepare and present regular project status reports to Equinix's leadership and stakeholders
Ensure that all project documentation is organized and accessible for future reference
Vendor Relations
Directs up to 20 external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc.
Serve as the main point of contact between all project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies
Facilitate communication and collaboration among all parties to ensure alignment with project goals and Equinix’s strategic objectives
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress
Supports maintenance of high value relationships
Training Programs
Contributes to identifying and developing training programs
Engages in cross-functional training
Contract Administration
Conducts appropriate contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation

Qualifications
12+ years experience in project and construction management preferred, with at least 5 years specifically focused on data center projects
Proven track record of managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion

Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations, particularly those relevant to data centers (e.g., electrical systems, cooling technologies, fire safety)
Familiarity with data center design principles, including Tier classifications, redundancy, and scalability
The role may require frequent site visits, which may involve exposure to construction environments

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Configuration Management (SCM) Engineer to lead and manage software configuration control processes in a DO-178C governed aerospace development environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and improving configuration management (CM) practices for safety-critical embedded software systems.
This role requires hands-on experience with Subversion (SVN), IBM tools (DOORS NG, ETM, EWM), and JIRA, ensuring compliance with DO-178C objectives and traceability across software development life cycles (SDLC).
The Senior SCM Engineer will work closely with software, systems, and quality assurance teams to enforce robust configuration and change management practices in a highly regulated aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Software Configuration Management (SCM) Strategy & Implementation
•Develop and maintain SCM processes in compliance with standards.
•Define and enforce configuration management procedures for source code, baselines, releases, and change control.
•Ensure all CM activities align with software development and verification lifecycle processes.
2.Version Control & Repository Management
•Administer SVN repositories, ensuring structured branching, tagging, and merging strategies.
•Maintain software baselines and ensure proper build and release management.
•Establish automated build and versioning mechanisms to support development and verification teams.
3.Change Management & Process Control
•Implement and enforce change control policies, ensuring all software modifications are approved, documented, and traceable.
•Work with software engineers, quality assurance, and project managers to assess and integrate change requests.
•Maintain an audit trail of all software changes in compliance standard guidelines.
4.Traceability & Compliance
•Establish and maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, design, source code, test cases, and software releases.
•Generate configuration status accounting (CSA) reports to demonstrate compliance
•Support certification audits and provide documentation required for regulatory approvals.
•Provide mentorship and training to software teams on SCM best practices, version control policies, and compliance requirements.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, systems engineering, quality assurance, and certification teams.
•Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance configuration control methodologies.
Technical Expertise:
•Strong experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM) .
•Proficiency in SVN (branching, merging, tagging, repository administration).

•Experience with JIRA for tracking software changes and managing workflows.
•Strong understanding of software lifecycle development.
•Knowledge of software build management, versioning, and release control.

We are seeking a full-time Software Engineer (Security Management Applications) for our Palo Alto, California and Petaling Jaya, Malaysia offices. This role will be part of our Global Security Engineering team, where we design and implement advanced security threat management solutions. Our cutting-edge products unify asset tracking, threat observability, vulnerability management, incident response, and threat detection using analytics, visualization, and seamless integration. We are looking for a talented software engineer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development to create secure, scalable, and efficient security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software architecture, security principles, and hands-on experience across the entire software development lifecycle. This position will involve working on both onsite and cloud systems and supporting remote systems and offices. A strong automation mindset is essential, as you will play a key role in transitioning IT infrastructure and security projects into production, while documenting and supporting these projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and architect automated solutions for complex network and security applications across the enterprise.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the security operations experience.
- Develop microservices and components to interact with REST APIs, focusing on automation, efficiency, observability, and security.
- Integrate and deploy APIs with a wide range of industry-leading enterprise software applications.
- Maintain and update IT procedures and documentation related to platform operations and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative solutions to complex IT and security challenges.
- Ensure high availability and service levels for critical business functions, while meeting operational support objectives.
- Lead network and security infrastructure projects, evaluating new technologies and managing their design and implementation.
- Maintain a strong cybersecurity posture for Shirlyn Technology by implementing best practices in information security, in accordance with industry standards, federal and local laws.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a security or IT-related environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Typescript, Python, Bash).
- Expertise in AWS cloud platform (or other cloud platforms like Azure, GCP) for building and maintaining secure cloud-based systems.
- Strong practical knowledge of industry IT standards and regulations.
- Experience with change management and preparing key metrics and management reports.
- Ability to work with highly technical teams on sensitive projects and information.
- High personal integrity with the ability to handle confidential matters and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong front-end UI design and development skills are a plus.
- Experience with React, microservices, SSO, SAML, and IdP (e.g., Azure) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Firewalls, NAC, SIEM, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in security incident response, data loss prevention, compliance, and governance is a plus.
