We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Work Scope:

• Earthwork Excavation
• Installation of Pre Cast Box Culvert Drainage
• Installation of Underground uPVC Pipes for Electric cables.
• Installation of Underground HDPE Pipes for Telecom cables.
• Reinforcement Bar installation for Manhole and Drainage Sump Pit
• Formwork installation for Electric and Telecom Duct Banks, Manholes, and Drainage Sump Pit

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

1. To manage and coordinate all construction works at site are completed according to the specifications and standards required.
2. Responsible for scheduling, planning in detail of the construction works and conducting the technical review of the projects with consultant and higher management.
3. Close monitor and review all engineering works at site.
4. Monitor work progress and at the same time updating the project schedule accurately.
5. Attend and participate in all client consultants and sub-contractors meeting and highlight engineering problems of the sites.
6. Submit daily and monthly report to both internal and external team.
7. Familiar with building & structure requirements from authorities like CIDB & JKR.
8. Practical knowledge on “Best known Method” for construction or Solar Industry.
9. To contribute, comply and committed toward the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System by making sure it is full compliances to International Standard, Legal compliances, local regulations, and any code of practice.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Possess more than 10 years of working experiences. Proven work experiences especially in Project Management portfolio.

5. Detailed oriented and able to manage and lead projects with minimum supervisions.
6. Able to travel to site frequently. LSS sites are located mostly in northern regions.
