- Communicate objectives, targets and working procedures clearly to site staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project Management & Leadership

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring clear communication of updates on schedules, budgets, and technical issues to stakeholders.
Contract & Financial Management
- Lead M&E-specific contract negotiations and oversee amendments with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Evaluate M&E construction methods for cost-effectiveness, monitor budget adherence, and produce regular progress and financial reports.
Stakeholder & Contractor Relations

Design & Systems Coordination

Safety & Compliance

- Expertise in M&E systems, local authority approval processes, and testing and commissioning of critical infrastructure in data centers, including Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
