- Responsible for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of projects in accordance with the company's objective of providing quality product and services on time.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure that projects are complied with specifications, quality requirements of customers and meeting delivery schedules.
- Appointed as Co-Management Representative to establish, document, implement, maintain and continual improvement of the company’s Quality System.
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality plan. Recommend improvement action plan when required.
- Take action and close all Engineering Instruction, Architect Instruction, Engineering Change Notice and customer’s feedbacks including complaints, satisfaction survey, etc.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate and attend meeting schedule as mentioned in the internal communication WI, and follow through any proposed action required issued during these meetings.
- Coordinate with the Safety Officer to implement and monitor health and safety measures on site.
- Assist in developing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Accountable to oversee that projects are within planned budget and safety standards and measures.
- Lead a team of project staff to achieve project objectives as well as liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and Government authorities.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimun 6 years of experience in project management or construction management.
- Experience in managing construction contrsuction and infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and contsruction processes.
- Good techinical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and consultants, and for coordinating sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing industrial facility. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
