About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical workshops and design sessions with clients during project initiation and definition stages.
  • Document functional, technical, architectural, and data management requirements in collaboration with solution architects.

  • Configure and deploy the Sensa-NetReveal platform in Azure, hybrid cloud, and on-prem environments.
  • Own and manage version control and CI/CD processes, working closely with release managers and DevOps teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex environment, integration, and performance issues across cloud-native and legacy infrastructure.
  • Perform data loading, transformation, and management using SQL and Python.
  • Support QA and testing phases by resolving technical defects, clarifying test cases, and ensuring environment readiness.
  • Guide clients through SIT, UAT, and performance/security testing phases, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Package software for deployment and author clear, concise installation and configuration documentation.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support during production rollouts and post-go-live phases.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, platform improvements, or client-specific enhancements.
  • Mentor and train junior team members and support ongoing knowledge sharing across the team.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience of technical consulting or implementation experience in enterprise software environments.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure) and cloud deployment models (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerised deployments.
  • Solid experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2) and advanced SQL.
  • Familiarity with Java/J2EE-based architectures and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Provide timely resolution to merchants and assist them with Level 2/3 support team with product knowledge and technical troubleshooting & Debugging skills.
  • Report Issues or bugs to Product /Software engineering teams by raising Jira and work towards a resolution with collaboration.
  • Capture issues in our CRM (FreshDesk), update progress on a regular basis and resolve issues of the merchant.
  • Act as an advocate for technical queries and expertise in terms of knowledge for Razorpay products, their implementations and usages.
  • Enhance the overall experience of our merchants by providing support for technical issues without redirecting them to the developers.

Technical Consultant

About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Consultant, where you’ll contribute to building scalable, user-friendly web applications and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll support the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, working alongside experienced developers and global teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

Deliver frequent, incremental product updates through fast-paced, collaborative development cycles. Analyze requirements and design scalable enterprise applications with clear technical specs and prototypes. Manage source code, version control, and documentation throughout the software lifecycle. Collaborate globally to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance. Assess impacts of changes on existing systems and implement solutions smoothly. Develop and test integrations between diverse software platforms and vendor products. Participate in design and code reviews and evaluate new tools and technologies. Foster creative problem-solving and knowledge sharing across teams. Ensure client technology compliance and support consulting teams on technical challenges. Deliver features end-to-end with a focus on user experience and business value.

Technical Proficiencies

Familiar with developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core or .NET Framework. Gaining experience in building responsive user interfaces with jQuery, Bootstrap, TypeScript, SCSS, and Telerik components. Basic knowledge of SQL including database design, querying, and performance concepts. Exposure to ANY Reporting Technologies or Reporting Services for data visualization and reporting tasks. Comfortable using version control and package management tools like GitHub, NuGet, and npm. Experienced in providing technical support and managing IT service requests using ServiceNOW. Experienced or eager to develop skills in cloud-based solutions and enterprise integrations with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

The Informatics Delivery Engineer provides scientific and technical expertise to support sales and ensure successful solution delivery for customers. This role spans the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales consultation and demonstrations to post-sales implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presales:
    • Engaging with sales for requirement analysis, scoping delivery, and early customer discussions to recommend tailored solutions.
    • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations.
  • Post-sales:
    • Analyze customer's needs, and translate this into SLIMS workflows
    • Configure the SLIMS platform to match the lab's requirements
    • Build plugins for connecting instruments or displaying custom forms or portals
    • Act as the customer voice to influence future product design to meet customer needs
    • Lead or support project delivery, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively.
    • Train the customer.
    • Script a lab's in-silico tools into our integration framework
    • Project management for OpenLab solutions and SLIMS solution delivery.
  • Post-delivery:
    • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Technical support for customers' critical escalations.
    • Collaborate with R&D, product marketing, and support teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.
  • Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level
  • Knowledge on programming languages such as Java or Python with proven coding skills
  • Evidence of proven track record of solution delivery on Implementation team, or related experience
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and document the requirements
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and foster good relationships
  • Ability to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and directed individual
  • Team-oriented perspective
  • Willingness to travel 70% of the time, for business requirements and client meetings
  • Early understanding on OpenLab solutions, SLIMS would be added advantage
  • Experience on LIMS and project management would be an added advantage to have
