Job Description: As a Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the integrated management system (IMS) and digitalization of business process, with optimizing the resources outcome for the business process continuous improvement and implementation of the company directive to achieve, sustain, align in growing business achievement for the LBL business continuity, sustainability, objectives, and direction with LBL standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative Management or any other relevant studies.

At least 5 -10 years of business process experience & system related implementation, preferably in logistics or supply chain related industries

Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Professional Skills:

· Auditing skills: Ability to conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.

What your role will be?

  • Perform onsite/virtual product inspections and audits of Ansell's Manufacturing Partners

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the effective implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring compliance with applicable GMP, GDP, and internal standards across all outsourced manufacturing and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead supplier audits for contract manufacturers and material suppliers as part of supplier qualification and periodic performance evaluations, in coordination with with relevant departments.
  • Prepare and maintain quality agreement , documenting the defined roles and responsibilities of contract givers and contract acceptors in compliance with applicable GxP requirements, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure continued alignment and compliance.
  • Develop, review, and maintain QA-related SOPs and documentation , covering areas such as contract activities management, supplier qualification and performance review, and Annual Product Review (APR).
  • Maintain an organized and GDP -compliant documentation system , serving as a documentation controller to ensure traceability and regulatory readiness.
  • Own and maintain the approved supplier and material list , ensuring updates reflect current qualification status and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in cross functional risk assessments , contributing to the identification and mitigation of quality and compliance risks.
  • Plan and conduct self-inspections in accordance with GDP requirements to monitor internal compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support product complaints investigation and management, collaborating with the CMC team to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments on evaluation of deviation requests , ensuring risk and impact are properly assessed and documented.
  • Propose and implement improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS) , ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory expectations and operational efficiency.
  • Back-up for product release responsibilities :
  1. Provide temporary or ad-hoc support to QC activities
  2. Review and verify COAs, batch release documents, and laboratory records from Contract Testing Labs (CTLs).
  3. Support coordination of sample submissions for raw materials, finished products, and stability testing to external labs, ensuring proper documentation and chain of custody.
  4. Assist in investigating out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results in collaboration with CTLs, ensuring timely escalation and documentation.
  5. Monitor and track testing timelines to ensure timely release of products and materials.
  6. Maintain and archive QC-related documentation in compliance with GDP standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of QA experience in pharmaceuticals or other health products industry.
  • Good working knowledge of GMP, GDP or similar quality management system.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, especially across cross-functional teams.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and govern QA operations across incoming, production, reliability and product quality, excursion, QA inventory controls, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality compliance.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage quality excursions and oversee inventory operations at manufacturing facility.
  • Responsible for identifying, containing, and resolving quality issues while ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient material flow.
  • Monitor and investigate in-line and post-production quality excursions and operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken.
  • Lead containment activities for defective or suspect materials and ensure appropriate disposition.
  • Maintain quality excursion logs and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve process issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
  • Track inventory movement and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records including product location, batch/lot numbers, and shelf life (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all inventory-related operations.
  • Responsible & accountable for Process Quality Excursion (QAx & SSx)
  • Oversee daily quality control processes to ensure quality of final products meets customer’s expectations.
  • Support and conduct internal and external audit activities related to process
  • Facilitate resolution of proactive quality initiatives; continuous improvement, preventive actions & mistake proofing
  • Develop Statistical process control (SPC) system set up (mechanism), including control limits setting, response rules, triggering feature and ensure out of control action plan is followed.
  • Develop, conduct & ensure effectiveness of pFMEA, OFE and OCAP
  • Create, review update and ensure standard operation procedure (SOP), inspection checklist, control and OCAP plan are being met.
  • Responsible for new process, line and tool buy off/readiness and qualification.
  • CCB & deviation evaluation verification on Process Related.
  • Involve 8D & Lesson learned on Process Related Issue
  • Responsible for RMA & FA process relate issue for root cause analysis & Improvement plan.

People Management

  • Manage the performance of the process control team by setting clear goals, regularly reviewing performance, and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify development opportunities and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and open communication.

Qualifications

What would you be doing:

  • Manage the quality assurance for the clients that Alpha Iota is serving.
  • Monitor Live Chats from Customer Service Executives.
  • Manage Alpha Iotas clients expectations by maintaining a good quality of internal output.
  • Provide coaching and follow-up coaching sessions that are adhered to.
  • Identify issues and areas of improvement (agent level, process, and business level), propose, approve, and track the necessary corrective action(s) to satisfactory.
  • Dive into service quality issues, which are inclusive of Customer Service Satisfaction, First Contact Resolution, Average Response Time, Quality Assurance Evaluation pass rate, and customer complaints.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training and programme support for quality and operational needs. This includes soft skills, product, systems, and processes. You are also responsible to ensure and monitor the overall effectiveness of training.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality among the team.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, ensuring timely and high-quality completion, such as supporting live customer interactions by handling chats through the live chat system when required, and maintaining professional and effective communication.
  • Stay aligned and updated with company policies by spending several hours each month handling customer interactions.
  • Conduct training sessions to equip new joiners with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (QA) / customer service experience in a contact centre environment or related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workplace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a personal laptop/computer and a good Internet connection.

Wasion Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2013 as the business platform company of Hong Kong-listed Wasion Holdings Limited (HK3393) for its "Source, Grid, Load, Storage" development strategy. The company is primarily engaged in the R&D,production, and sales of smart power distribution equipment, new energy storage systems, and charging/swapping equipment, while also providing customers with new energy power station system solutions.

WeYoung is the manufacturing facility of Wasion Energy in Malaysia, is a low-voltage power distribution shelter manufacturing facility located in Kulai. We currently maintain stable production orders. By August, we'll have approximately 100 staff onsite (including both Chinese and other countries workers).

Job Description

1、Be responsible for the preparation and submission for approval of quality documentation for Prefabricated Data Center Module products, including quality procedure documents, quality specifications, quality inspection standards.

2、Complete various qualification certifications in accordance with market access requirements and client demands.

3、Develop inspection standards and inspection specifications for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products based on product design requirements, technical specifications, and customer quality requirements.

4、Conduct quality monitoring of raw materials and components supplied by vendors. Regularly perform statistical analysis of vendor product quality, promptly feedback quality issues, and request corrective actions.

5、Identify, isolate, and record quality issues discovered during inspections. Organize relevant departments to investigate and analyze quality issues to determine the causes and assign responsibilities.

Qualifications:

1、Diploma or Degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2、Accepting Malaysia or Indonesia as the work location.

Experience: At least 2 Year(s) of experience in quality management for Data Center Module, medium and low voltage electrical products or other related products.

Language: Mandarin can be used as a working language; Have the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • To assist QA Manager in ensuring that hospital policies and procedures are properly controlled and maintained in accordance with the SIRIM ISO 9001:2015 and MSQH Hospital Accreditation Standards.
  • To ensure all request for new or revised procedure are processed timely before submitting for management approval.
  • To register the Incident Report / P&P / Form received and update in the Tracker Status to show the whereabout of the document.
  • To email all approved P&Ps and Forms to the respective HODs.
  • To assist in ensuring all recommendations made by the management on the incident reports are followed up and closed.
  • To email all completed incident reports to the respective HODs for their further actions.
  • To assist in carrying out Incident Report Analysis for HOD presentation to Management.
  • To assist in facilitating the Quality Improvements Initiatives so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes within respective departments.
  • To participate in Medical Record Audit organized by Medical Record Dept.
  • To participate in hospital quality campaign i.e. Patient Safety Campaign, etc.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required (applied to all staff).

Requirements

  • Diploma in science or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in quality management system in the healthcare industry or any organization implementing the MSQH / ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable in QC tools (flowcharts, fishbone, pareto diagram, etc.) for collecting data, data analysis, identifying root causes and problem solving.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 / MSQH hospital accreditation standards.

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and how users interact with interfaces.
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to report bugs effectively.
  • Familiarity with API testing and writing SQL queries.
  • Bonus point if you have experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman, etc.).

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance procedures in accordance with ISO standards and internal QMS (Quality Management System).
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical, electronic, and software-integrated components to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.

  • Facilitate process mapping, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and design of experiments (DOE) to identify potential failure points and optimize processes.
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness across all departments by conducting regular training sessions, quality talks, and best practice sharing.
  • Participate in suppliers valuation, audit, and reviews to ensure quality standards are embedded from the source of material.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, improve incoming part quality, and develop supplier quality agreements and scorecards.
  • Assist in standardizing quality practices across production lines and shift teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Evaluate and propose new tools, technologies, or testing methods that can enhance quality assurance and reduce inspection time.
  • Cultivate Quality Culture and Mindset across the whole organization.
