The Compensation Analyst will be part of the People Shared Services Team, providing crucial support to the Total Rewards team. The Compensation Analyst will support the Total Rewards team by providing analytical expertise and operational support to Compensation Partners across global compensation programs. This role is instrumental in ensuring compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The analyst will contribute and provide support to annual compensation planning cycles, market benchmarking, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives.

- Provide analytical support to Compensation Partners for salary reviews, promotions, and bonus cycles.
- Provide back-up support to the Compensation Operations team
- Conduct ad hoc benchmarking and analyze market data to assess competitiveness and pay equity.
- Manage the implementation and administration of the market benchmarking tool. Participate in compensation surveys.
- Contribute to job architecture and leveling efforts by reviewing roles and recommending appropriate classifications.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data audits, reporting, and communications.
- Provide analytical support during the annual compensation range review process
- Assist in the development and documentation of compensation processes, controls, and compliance standards.
- Administer and maintain compensation data within HR systems (e.g., Workday), including grade profiles and pay ranges.
- Collaborate with HRIS and systems teams to test and enhance compensation tools.
- Prepare compensation-related communications for employees and managers during review cycles.
- Ensure the company is in compliance with federal and state laws governing compensation practices.
- Collaborate and lead efforts with key global contacts, such as People Experience Operations and People Advisory colleagues in other regions and People systems and support teams.
- Support broader Total Rewards projects as and when needed.
- Assist with the transfer and support of work from Rewards COE (Center of Excellence) that may include assistance in Global Mobility, Benefits and Equity administration.

a. Compensation & Benefits
- As a custodian of the Human Capital Manual and to ensure the manual is complete, reviewed and updated on a timely basis.
- To periodically review compensation framework and benefit plans including the job matching exercise to ensure the Bank's overall reward offerings are relevant, current, and in line with the Bank's goals in driving the desired behavior.
- Plan and manage the Performance Management and Annual Review exercises, working in partnership with the HRBPs to execute the process.

b. Payroll

- Perform validation and checking on all pay elements processed by payroll vendor.
c. Expatriate Administration
- Manages the end-to-end of the expatriate management process i.e. obtaining approvals from regulators, facilitating the relocation and/or repatriation, monitoring of the permits, etc.
d. Reporting & Submission
- To complete and submit critical and regulatory reporting.
- Preparation of monthly report, compilation of data, data analysis and must be able to meet established report deadlines.
e. System Administration
- Ensure updated and accuracy of employee data into HR system.
- Monitor the performance of the payroll and system vendors, and to ensure the Bank gets sufficient support from the vendors as and when there are issues.
Job Requirements
- A recognised degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.

This position is responsible for managing payments to the Agency and Partnership channels, including commissions, bonuses, financing schemes, and incentives. The role ensures timely and accurate compensation processing for Tied Agency, ALC Agency, and Partnership Channel. It also involves conducting moderately complex managerial analysis and reporting, as well as maintaining and updating records in the PICS system and other platforms to support business growth.
Position Responsibilities- Action commission related inquiries from internal departments including the Contact Center and Distribution by promptly and accurately responding
- Research and resolve commission inquiries by applying knowledge to resolve complex inquiries and performing reconciliation of payments made
- Complete Commission Run Related Tasks as per set schedule, which includes ensuring all advisors are compensated for bank products
- Complete monthly balancing for Finance
- Prepare monthly Value At Risk (VaR) monitoring report to Local Line1B team for further action. Leverage of Power BI to automate the report for ease of reporting and efficiency. Monitor the VaR for accuracy and facilitate enquiry from Line1B.
- Prepare monthly IR validation and payout
- Maintain the integrity of commission records fed from the Compensation Database to Distribution (importing/exporting, reviewing invalid sales rep codes, processing adjustments and corrections, reviewing reject reports) as well as doing the reconciliation
- Administer complex transfers of business between advisors (including supporting staff who are completing noncomplex transfers)
- Contribute to department targets by ensuring all inquiries/tasks are answered as per Service Level Agreements
- Report issues, process gaps and opportunities to Manager when identified to enhance service levels and the customer experience
- Keep current on knowledge of products and commission schedule updates
- Support projects as they relate to Commissions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate or equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical and decision making ability
