- Create digital assets (visuals, captions, stories, reels, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams or agencies.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure brand alignment in recruitment campaigns.
- Content Creation & Writing
- Write speeches, talking points, key messages, and newsletters for the Head of HR and other leaders, ensuring tone and content align with brand voice.
- Draft and publish announcements, event blurbs, and creative writeups for internal and external communications.
- Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely execution of comms initiatives.
- Internal Engagement & Culture Campaigns
- Support the EE team in crafting engaging comms for in-house activities, team events, recognition campaigns, and employee spotlights.
- Develop creative positioning and branding for internal campaigns, aligned with the broader HR and business strategy.
- Contribute to shaping a consistent voice across internal platforms (Workday, Intranet, Emailers, etc.).
- Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage Averis HR’s presence on social platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and track content performance.
- Keep up with platform trends and algorithm changes (especially LinkedIn and IG) to optimize reach and resonance.
- Suggest and execute new formats (reels, carousel posts, thought-leadership writeups, etc.) to boost visibility.
- Insights & Reporting
- Track KPIs and provide monthly reporting on EVP campaigns, social performance, and engagement impact.
- Collect employee feedback to improve communications and propose innovative approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
