Job Description
- Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Shopee Sellers
- Constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth
- Educating Tier 1 Brands on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
- Negotiating deals with sellers and curating SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
- Analyzing sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
- Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability of Tier 1 Brands in the category
- Securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (e.g.: 9.9/11.11)
- Working closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of Tier 1 Brands
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field; and experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required)
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Excellent command of English, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage

Once you're confident with the market and client base, you'll transition into a business development focus—actively expanding our network, engaging partners, identifying growth opportunities, and taking more ownership of your region’s performance. - Grow Into a Senior Role
With proven results, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a more senior position. Here, you’ll take on larger markets or high-impact projects, mentor newer team members, and be a key player in shaping regional strategy. - Long-Term – Path to Management
We’re always looking to promote from within. If you’re ready to lead, you can grow into a Managerial role , where you’ll build and lead a team, oversee regional growth strategies, and contribute to the company’s global expansion plans.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with sales and online trading industry experience
- 1-3 years of experience preferred

Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary contact point for all distributors, key accounts, retailers, and corporate clients. Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. Build and maintain long-term partnerships across all identified channels. Management of Business Growth Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets (local and international). Drive brand strategies to increase product awareness and market presence. Generate sales leads, negotiate contracts, and secure promotional agreements to maximize profitability. Negotiate listings, shelf space, promotions, and pricing with key retailers. Coordinate promotional campaigns, sampling, in-store branding, and seasonal activations. Manage trade agreements, merchandising standards, and POSM (point-of-sale materials) deployment. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Forecasting & Supply Chain Coordination Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient distribution. Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and analytical skills. Proven track record in driving sales growth. Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage. Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
