- Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with Groupe policies
- Actively support the revenue forecasting, budgeting and reporting process
- Actively support Commercial Finance Lead in month-end closing activities such as journals, schedules, reports, etc.

Purpose of the Role:
Provide financial leadership and support as Finance business partner to the SP&BD Leadership, Regional and Country teams for both Distribution and Commercialization Business Units in delivering SP&BD’s performance in the following areas:
- Deal valuation – develop and/or maintain robust financial models to evaluate deal structures, pricing and profitability for new business and contract renewal.
- Deal review & approval – oversee and streamline the deal review and approval process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial governance
- Support or lead Strategic Projects, ad-hoc projects and assignments within SP&BD
What You’ll Do:
Deal Valuation
- Perform deal valuation on new business opportunity and contract renewal and ensure business partners understand the financial aspects of the deal (e.g. risk, opportunity, viability of the deal) to be able to make the business decision
- The work scope includes but not limited to template preparation/modelling, data gathering and validation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
Deal Review and Approval
- As process owner – the primary point of contact for deal approvals, coordinating with SP&BD in the region and market to ensure we follow a robust review and approval process according to the SOP.
- Ensure all deals are approved in compliance with the SOP and properly recorded in the CRM system
- Review and implement improvements to the deal review and approval process
Client Portfolio and Profitability Analysis & Reporting
- Perform annual client profitability analysis as part of Annual Budget process
- As process owner – providing guidance and coordination for the in-market reviews and alignment on action plans with regional
- Ongoing maintenance of client profitability dashboard/reports, ensure completeness/accuracy, ensure CRM system reflects the right Client Profile.
- Review and implement improvements to the client portfolio and profitability review process
- Support or lead the assigned strategic projects, ad-hoc projects, and assignments within SP&BD, in specific but not limited to financial area to enable teams making the right business decisions and/or delivering SP&BD priorities
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related fields.
- Min. 5-7 years relevant experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, deal valuation or a related role
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis and modelling is a must, advance proficiency in financial modelling/analysis tools (at min. Excel, Power BI is a plus) with strong understanding on financials metrics (e.g. NPV, IRR, ROI, margin analysis, etc)
- Commercial acumen – understanding on commercial drivers, pricing strategies, contract structures

- Working experience with MNC, regional role, consulting firms

Purpose of role:
This role will a Finance Business Partner who support non-finance functions such as operations, marketing and sales while challenging the business to make improvements, such as streamlining expenditure, to maximise profit and improve financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing finance business partner support to operations, sales directors and understanding of key drivers and trends.

Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or possession of a relevant professional certification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, with at least 2–3 years in a commercially focused or business-partnering role
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, pricing and profitability analysis, and providing commercial deal support
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts and their financial implications
- Adaptable to evolving technologies, regulations, and industry developments

Serve as a finance leader overseeing all commercial finance activities from sales through gross margin for hypermarket stores. You'll partner closely with the Commercial and Trading Directors, acting as a strategic advisor to guide financial planning, performance tracking, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the commercial finance team for all stores, engaging key stakeholders including Commercial and Trading Directors, and Buying Managers.

- Manage trade income billing in line with company policy and lead compliance with the Commercial Income (CI) Blueprint.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other finance teams and operational departments to elevate financial understanding across the organization.
- Act as a key liaison to champion financial literacy and governance.
Reporting & Controls
- Execute monthly closing processes related to sales and margin.
- Strengthen internal controls and support corporate governance.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and business case development.
Team Management
- Guide and develop Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts, offering mentoring and coaching.
- Foster a culture of performance and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; professional qualifications preferred (e.g., MIA, MICPA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Commercial Finance or related fields
- Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Power Query
- Exceptional planning, communication, and influence skills
- Committed, analytical, and able to perform under pressure
- Advanced Excel proficiency and tech-savvy
- Proven leadership experience and team collaboration
- FMCG, MNC, or retail sector background is a plus
