Your Responsibilities
Digital Media
- Ensure client orders and materials are processed and ready for ingest, communicating any issues effectively and promptly. Assist clients with their orders and queries.
- Ingesting material at the highest quality, maintaining high productivity and a steady flow of ingestion.
- Manage FTP administration, transcoding, QC, reporting, digital file reviewing, and various post-production techniques.
- Constructively liaise within the team to ensure timely ingestion and work completion within SLA.
- Fix and create broadcast-compliant files using post-production tools for delivery.
- Collaborate with the Production team to ensure timely ingestion, informing and charging customers for fixes as needed.
- Maintain current clients and revenue by ensuring smooth operations, high QC standards, and excellent customer service.
Operational Efficiency
- Maintain low error rates and ensure material availability within SLA.
- Work efficiently using correct workflows and procedures.
- Test end-to-end for TV or broadcast products, reporting issues according to escalation routes.
- Prioritize ingest tasks with Traffic to meet SLAs and customer requirements.
- Execute tasks such as FTP and nVerge administration, transcoding, QC, digital file review, and other relevant duties proficiently.
- Ensure all information and materials are available to complete tasks to a satisfactory standard within deadlines, raising issues early.

Skills & Experience Needed
