We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our team in supporting multimedia solutions on cloud platforms. This role involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and collaborating with customers, partners, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The Role
- Monitor and respond to automated alarms, performing troubleshooting and analysis as required.
- Escalate complex issues for further investigation and resolution.
- Provide technical and solution support via tickets, phone, email, or meetings.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis in line with SLA requirements.
- Develop FAQs, knowledge base articles, and service cases for sharing and continuous improvement.
- Apply knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, etc.), including CDN distribution, RTC, and audio/video multimedia protocols.
- Contribute to establishing a Quality Service (QS) evaluation system to improve efficiency and problem resolution in R&D processes.
- Work with cloud technologies (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
