About the Role Lenovo is seeking a motivated and skilled Private Cloud Developer to join our private cloud R&D team. This role focuses on building and maintaining core components of Lenovo’s private cloud platform, including compute orchestration, storage management, and network virtualization. You’ll work with open-source technologies to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions that support enterprise workloads. Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development - Develop and maintain modules for compute, storage, and networking services within Lenovo’s private cloud platform.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to implement scalable, high-performance infrastructure features.
• Enhance automation, monitoring, and deployment pipelines for private cloud services.
• Code Quality & Reliability - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Investigate and resolve issues in production environments, continuously improving system reliability and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud platform development.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Go.
• Familiar with open-source private cloud technologies such as OpenStack, KVM, and Ceph.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other common databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and agile (Scrum) development.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, or system performance tuning is a plus.

- Create, develop and guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Recommend best practices for executing campaigns using content builder, journey builder, automation studio, CDP, personalization studio, etc

Required Competencies/Skills/Qualifications :
- Solid technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Preferably with one or more Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud certifications
- Experience in integrations, developing and executing data migrations.
- Experience in marketing automation, demand generation, personalization, MarTech and Adtech solutions
- Ability to understand business needs and make sound recommendations to clients.
- Strong consultancy and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and has good time management and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

We are seeking a talented Cloud Native Developer to join Lenovo’s cloud-native platform team. This role will support the development of container orchestration systems, DevOps toolchains, and microservices frameworks that power Lenovo’s enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has solid backend development skills, a good understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem, and experience building distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain components of Lenovo’s cloud-native platform, including container runtimes, CI/CD pipelines, microservice frameworks, and Kubernetes extensions.

Collaborate with architects and team leads to implement scalable and reusable platform modules.

Participate in DevOps pipeline automation, testing, and performance tuning.

Contribute to platform stability, observability, and service reliability improvements.

Follow agile development processes and maintain high code quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in backend or platform development.

- Proficient in Java and Go, with experience in Spring or Spring Cloud frameworks.

- Familiar with Kubernetes, Helm, and related ecosystem tools (e.g., Prometheus, Istio).

- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).

- Understanding of DevOps concepts and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with microservices architecture and PaaS platforms is a strong plus.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
