**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of customer-facing experience in an enterprise software company, interfacing with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
+ Experience expanding product adoption at enterprise customers, identifying patterns and best practices, and developing strategies for growth.
+ Experience leading enterprise-level change programs.
+ Experience influencing executives for IaaS/PaaS/SaaS businesses.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or PhD in a Management, Technical or Engineering field.
+ Experience successfully managing and building relationships with cross-functional teams and with executives at partner organizations.
+ Experience in positions of increasing responsibility within customer success, professional services, sales operations, or customer operations.
+ Ability to form effective working relationships across technical and business functions and companies, with experience in technology partnerships.

Our Consulting team in Google Cloud helps customers develop migration strategies for adopting Google Cloud's products and services to ensure that they can maximize their technology investment. In addition it is the single voice for a customer representing customer success, professional services, support, learning, and other supporting functions.
As the Director of Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), you will be the strategic leader for the region and bring large-scale enterprise cloud experience to create customer passion and readiness. You will grow and lead the development of the Google Cloud Consulting organization. Your efforts will foster a "customer-first" mindset, allowing our enterprise clients to accelerate adoption of solutions and meet their business objectives and stakeholder goals.
In this role, you will work with JAPAC pillar leads around strategy, operating models, etc. to align to overall global enterprise and customer needs and strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional peers to develop an aligned GCC strategy with measurable business metrics. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a regional team of Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services consultants, Engagement Managers, and cross-functional teams to help drive a positive customer outcome.
You will be a critical thought leader and partner, helping to shape and build a post-sales services organization for customers, delivering on our brand promise and ensuring customer success. You'll drive for better business decisions and continued consumption of provided technology and renewal.

Basic Qualifications

As a Principal Cloud Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing next generation accelerated computing and AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will engage directly with startup to strategic customers, helping them architect and deploy complex HPC and GPU clusters, AI platforms, and intelligent agentic solutions across POC and production environments. You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales technical consulting, solution engineering, and AI transformation strategy.
This is a highly visible and influential role, combining deep technical skills with a consultative approach to support from emerging AI Startups to Fortune 500 customers, develop scalable AI architectures, and contribute to Oracle's strategic vision for cloud and AI adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Architect and deploy large-scale GPU/HPC infrastructure on OCI using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Slurm and Kubernetes.
+ Build automated solutions for cluster provisioning, software deployment, and infrastructure as code.
+ Collaborate with Oracle's largest enterprise customers to define and tailor solutions that meet high-performance compute and AI requirements.
+ Support LLM-based solutions, agentic AI systems, and robotic AI platforms from design through deployment.
+ Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers on best practices, cloud migration strategies, and deployment patterns.
+ Conduct customer training, workshops, and technical deep dives to enable successful cloud adoption.
