5. Experience with containerization (Kubernetes) and infrastructure provisioning (Terraform).
6. Exposure to Azure bot service , generative AI , and agentic chatbot frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Mosaic AI, MS AutoGen).
7. Familiarity with LLMs , embeddings, and prompt engineering is preferred.
8. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and MS Fabric pipelines is a plus.

- The overarching objective of the Manager, Cloud Services is to assist in the operational performance of Group shared Public Cloud services. The role will ensure the chosen automation platforms of Shared Services are well maintained and available to the wider environment.
- The role will be responsible for fulfilling all new demands required to deliver business objectives on demand.
- The role needs to ensure that all BU demands are considered when operating shared Public Cloud Automation Platforms and build a fully integrated support model with BUs and Group.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the operational governance of the multi-cloud environment (primarily Azure, with AliCloud and AWS footprint).
- Develop infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-As-Code tooling, predominantly Terraform.
- Develop automation playbooks mainly with Ansible.
- Collaborate with team members to identify operational improvements through automation.
- Experience with code repository technologies such as BitBucket and GitHub.
- Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Write scripts and develop configuration templates for cloud automation.
- Periodically perform other duties to meet operational and other requirements.
- Manage and ensure compliance of Public Cloud technologies with audit standards.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Experience:

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, with 2+ years in Cloud Automation Engineering.
• Proven experience in Public Cloud implementation, migration, and support in a multi-site enterprise environment.
• Certifications in Ansible, Terraform, Azure, AWS, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with Infrastructure-As-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Saltstack, Chef/Puppet.

Ensures IT service availability and minimizes business impact of IT service outages through the effective management and governance of the network, infrastructure, and data center outsourcing arrangements.

Contributes to the improvement of user satisfaction with IT services by ensuring that the network, infrastructure, and data center outsourcing arrangements remain aligned with business needs and priorities and fit for purpose.

Ensures the realization of the outsourcing objectives of reduced risk, enhanced flexibility, enhanced transparency and cost efficiency through the effective outsourced network, infrastructure, and data center services.

Roles and Responsibilities :
-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

What's the role? As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Frontend, you will be part of the Global SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Team, focusing on frontend solution, responsible for administrating and operating one of the biggest SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation in the world (8000 unique users daily, 6000 story views daily).
In addition, you will play an active role in the adoption of analytics into the reporting & decision-making processes across the Hilti organization by working closely with key stakeholders from the business to support them in realizing their analytical reports, dashboards and planning needs.What does the role involve? In this role you will

• Work closely with the business by providing technical input, suggesting best practices, and identifying improvement opportunities, especially related to SAC development using BW live connections, to support critical business KPIs and processes,
• Provide support to the business on issues with their SAC stories/platform/planning solutions and work with internal and external partners (SAP) to resolve them, including troubleshooting of BW queries build in relations to SAC,
• Support daily operations by proactively monitoring and performing housekeeping of the SAC platform, performing due diligence checks on development objects to ensure that they fulfil set standards, ensure proper governance processes are followed
• Actively be involved in exploration initiatives, to enable and roll out newly released SAC features as well as to achieve operational excellence, including pre-assessment activities with enterprise architects by presenting and elaborating the required technical architecture to deploy these features.

What you need is:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of overall working experience with SAP BI products
• At least 3 years of experience in SAC with good knowledge on the SAC platform and how it integrates with various other solutions (both SAP and non SAP)
• Good understandingof SAC story development best practices, mainly, in conjunction with BW Live Connections.
• Experience in administering Non-SAP Frontend Solutions (Power BI, Tableau) will also be considered

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
