- Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic degree in related field with 2-3 years of experience in related field

Position Summary
The Senior Clinical Specialist will work closely with in-country sales personnel and play an important role in leading the execution of in-country clinical programs and ensure they are aligned to the region. The Senior Clinical Specialist duties include traveling to healthcare facilities, introducing products to medical professionals, and training users on product functionalities. The Senior Clinical Specialist is expected to play the role of the clinical ambassador for the company and its products, building successful partnership with related medical/nursing societies and key opinion leaders in the field, to understand and talk to the details and nuances from a clinical perspective to external and internal customers.
To conduct educational activities such as workshops, seminars, conferences, symposiums etc. for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
Provide technical assistance to HCPs at hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities
Assess and evaluate customer requirements, identify appropriate products and develop solutions to meet those requirements
Provide feedback of field activity to Sales and Marketing personnel
Conduct regular performance evaluations of assigned accounts and communicate results to relevant personnel
Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, Customer Service and Distribution to achieve departmental objectives
Provide input during new product development process
Provide technical advice via telephone, fax, email, etc.
Serve as liaison between marketing, engineering and regulatory functions
Develop strong relationships internally and externally
Key Responsibilities
Help develop and design strategic education programs in support of business objectives and strategies.
Conduct clinical assessments, training needs analysis, in-service training and other special training programs in targeted hospitals to achieve product conversion and maintenance.
Establish and maintain good relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders and professional organizations necessary to achieve BD's positive corporate image and market objectives.
Develop and maintain the product knowledge competency of associates and distributor teams through periodic clinically relevant product training and refresher training programs.
Represent the company in conventions and exhibitions.
Provide strategic and technical inputs to aid short and long-term portfolio and business plans.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or any Allied Health Science course
Master's degree graduate in nursing or education or management (optional)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the medical device industry
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Strong organizational skills
Ability to plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
Highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Skype, Zoom, Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Calendar, Keep, Chat, Meet
