Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Assistant CRM Manager with proven experience in iGaming and/or e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing personalized CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, player retention, reactivation, and lifetime value. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage CRM strategies tailored for both e-commerce customers and iGaming players, including onboarding, reactivation, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
- Segment users based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages to deliver targeted content via email, SMS, push, and in-app messages.
- Monitor key metrics and continuously optimize CRM funnels using A/B testing and customer insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to create and deploy high-performing campaigns across platforms.
- Leverage CRM tools and automation platforms to execute campaigns effectively.
- Ensure data integrity, proper tracking, and compliance with local and international data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
- Assist in the development of loyalty programs, bonus systems (for iGaming), and promotional offers that increase user retention.
- Provide detailed campaign reporting and actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of CRM experience, with at least 1–2 years in iGaming, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer data platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficient in campaign analysis, segmentation, funnel optimization, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI).
- Familiarity with iGaming KPIs and e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, cart abandonment, repeat purchase rate).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with attention to detail.
