Job Requirement
- Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services or trading industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in at least two languages (English, Mandarin and Thai)
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets and trading.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Customer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) is part of Mastercard's suite of capabilities and is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and increasing engagement. This role focuses on managing CA&E programs with strategic accounts in Southeast Asia (SEA), executing account plans, driving program success, reviewing KPIs, managing operations, and overseeing new program implementation.
