**About You**
The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Project Manager in supervising site safety adherence in accordance with Otis site safety compliance standards. It is imperative that we ensure all workers comply with the necessary safety protocols while simultaneously striving for an orderly and efficient work environment.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
+ Ensuring that all workers are following safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
+ Conducting training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
+ Monitoring compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
+ Investigating accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims
+ Recommending solutions to issues that need improvement
+ Preparing reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
**Requirements:**
+ Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in any fields
+ Proven experience as a safety officer
+ Possesses a yellow card in Health and Safety from CIDB
+ In depth knowledge of legislation and procedures
+ Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
+ Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
+ Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
+ Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
+ Willingness to work according to specified site working hours and aligns with the needs of the project and the team's schedule.

Full Time Worker Needed



Position : Mechanical Site Supervisor

Location : Kuala Lumpur



Job Scope :

- Supervise and lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.

- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on mechanical systems.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.



Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities;

- Supervisor and manage construction: Oversee the day-to-day construction activities, from the initial planning and layout to the final completion

- Ensure technical compliance: Verify that all construction work aligns with design plans, engineering specification and relevant building codes.

- Coordinate with stakeholders: Liaise with architects, designers, project managers, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor quality dan safety: Uphold quality standards and ensure that safety regulations are followed on the construction site.

- Manage site operations: Handle site-related tasks ach as setting out, marking and leveling the site. They may also be involved in managing documentation and materials selection.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing infrastructure projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bridge and related civil construction works, with the ability to take a hands-on approach in site execution and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities related to bridges, MRT, LRT, and other large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report to the Project Manager.

• Ensure effective use of resources and adherence to project timelines.

• Relocate and adapt to different project sites when required.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years experience in bridge construction projects (experience in post-tensioning, stay cable, MRT, LRT, or similar works is essential).
• Preferably some with VSL, freyssinet, BBR, Acre Work background.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to perform hands-on site activities.
• Willingness to travel and work at various project sites (including Sarawak & Sabah).
• Good communication and coordination skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for project requirements.
